I made the decision to go in as I was seriously dehydrated from being very sick. The staff were so prompt and amazing. I had an IV in within 20 mins of showing up. Most of the nurses I saw spoke English which was so helpful as a traveler. Both doctors I saw also spoke English and were very attentive. As a traveler needing medical attention, I would highly recommend!

I had strep throat when on vacation. Just walked in and they took care of me. In and out in less than an hour with a prescription. Pharmacy was nearby too.

I was a patient here 2 weeks ago. I had to have neck surgery. It was the nicest and cleanest hospital i have ever stayed in. The nurses and aides and doctors were all excellent. My room was huge and nicely decorated and spotless. My nurses told me if i needed anything to ring the bell and they would be right there. And they were! It was nice and quiet so i was able to slepp at night. Thats never happened before. An Aide did wake me up in the night while changin my saline and apologized for it! Wow. I would highly recommend this hospital and the cost was less then half of the cost at CMQ. Also had a bad experience with a specialist at CMQ 3 years ago. I will never go back there. I would give Puerto Vallarta Medical Center 10 stars if i could. Thebk you so much!

Visited the emergency room for rash that was spreading. The doctor attended me immediately and referred me to a dermatologist next door. Amazingly she refused to charge me the consult fee (completely unheard of in the US) because she didn't actually treat me. Highly recommend. All the staff airways excellent English and the faculty is very clean.

I was in Puerto Vallarta on vacation in October 2021. I had a seizure while diving and experienced a near death drowning. The care of the staff in the urgent care here saved my life. Anahí was especially memorable along with the neurologist & the doctors and nurses involved in my intake. The care was incredible and they were able to work with us on insurance and language as English is our first language.

Excellent staff and clean modern facility. As a tourist, I needed emergency care, which went extremely well. Relatively similar in service and high tech in comparison to American hospitals. Cat scan, specialists in all medical conditions, including my gastroenterologist . Very approachable staff who are sincerely interested in patients, including tourists. Most staff speak English.

I was a COVID patient in January 2022, in ICU and ventilated. The doctors, nurses an staff were very compassionate and competent. My love to all of you who helped me, as I was supposed to die from this illness and you helped pull me through!

Excelente hospital y atención!!! Estaba de vacaciones en Vallarta, cuando mi hijo pequeño sufrió una crisis (padece de los bronquios), dimos con este hospital por medio de Google, estoy muy agradecida con el doctor Albino Huerta y el enfermero que nos atendió, muchísimas gracias!!! Anteriormente llegamos a otro hospital y querían $8,000 porque eso cobraban por nebulizar, y aquí nos cobraron lo justo que fueron $2,000, nada abusivos!!! Gracias nuevamente por todo!!

Este Hospital es excelente y tiene todo, además de una relación Servicio-Calidad-Costo superior a los demás hospitales 💯
