In general a good experience, Cristy Martinez got us in and out quick for the return and the shuttle driver was good too. If I had a complaint it would be that the full coverage insurance It's more expensive than the rental itself but that's a widespread practice with car rental companies in Mexico. They informed me it's cheaper when you book directly with the companies as opposed to another company. In general a good experience though. I would rent from them again on my next trip.
