Guillermo Ramirez assisted us and provided excellent customer service. We returned the car at this location and the whole transaction was a pleasant conversation. We were in and out quickly. Our entire experience with Avis during our trip to Guadalajara has been great. We highly recommend this Avis location.

Was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and professionalism. I stayed at Aloft Hotel close to this location. Initially didn't have any plan to rent a car in GDL after stopping by to talk to Aurelio I changed my mind and glad I did (highly recommend you get full coverage, but really it's stressfree and drive and visit other towns!).

My car battery died during my trip when I contacted Avis thru Whatsapp (highly recommended for better communication if you don't speak Spanish well). They came to Chapala to exchange car.

They also had discount for Aloft guests so make sure to ask if your hotel has one too.

Renting a car was easy... and quick.
