Villa Aikia

I often visit this hotel simply for the AMAZING view, wonderful staff, and refreshing pool. I have never had a bad experience and LOVE the comfort they bring to each guest.

I have spent a lot of time here and have visited most of all the places in the area and this place is always a "go-to" because of the experiences they create.

What a wonderful place to stay in Zipolite. This hotel is gorgeous. Our room was clean and had excellent AC. It was such a pleasure to have such an attentive staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. I loved having a good beer in the pool and cooling off. The kitchen was exceptional the juices and food were top notch.

Villa Aikia is top notch. Stayed in Villa #14. 2 story with 2 bathrooms. We arrived at night, the view from the bed when we woke up was breathtaking.

The grounds are well kept. Restaurant service and food was phenomenal. The staff there is friendly and will keep the drinks flowing if you like. We are already making plans to come back. Great overall experience!

Great staff ever, so kind and helpful.
Super clean rooms, great pool and the restaurant has super tasty food. Beautiful view to the beach, if its the season you might be lucky to see some whales jumping around.

Very nice place. Be ready for some steep walks & stairs. There is a shorter walk to Zipolite Beach other than going back to the main road. From the Aikia entrance, walk south to a small entrance on the left. There is a sign that is hard to see due to vegetation. Follow it to the west end of Zipolite.

This place is nothing short of spectacular! Villa Aikai overlooks a beautiful private bay and the views from pretty much anywhere on the property are stunning. The vibe was really chill and social. The food is fantastic. Everybody working there is smiling and friendly. Exceptional service. We spent four days at the beginning of our Oaxaca trip and loved it so much that we bailed on our last two days in Puerto Escondido to go back to Aikai before we went home.

Awesome experience rooms are clean. It is a little difficult to get there but it is totally worth it staff is friendly. My favorite was Alma the bartender always very sweet quiet and always taking care of us . It is a nude hotel. Feel free to book for a very romantic getaway!!!

Our stay at Villa Aikia in Zipolite was nothing short of amazing! From its great location with an exclusive beach and nearby coral reef perfect for snorkeling, to its close proximity to the small town of Zipolite and its beach, it was the ideal place for a getaway! The food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. A beautiful place to stay in Zipolite! I loved Villa Aikia as it felt peacefully secluded from the more lively nature of the main part of town but still close enough to walk and explore more.

Let me just begin by saying our trip to Zipolite would have been a disaster if it weren't for Villa Aikia. Yes, as other reviews would tell you, the hotel is a fantastic, beautiful, and private place for any travelers seeking a beach getaway. But the thing that struck us the most was the staff's willingness to help and accommodate whatever needs you may have.

On one of our nights out in town, we lost our valuables and clothes at the beach. We returned to the hotel around 2am (drunk, I know lol) and told the manager of the hotel, and she offered to drive us around to look for them. She reached out to all business owners in town asking if anyone had seen them, and by some miracle, we were able to find our belongings again.

I rarely write reviews for my trips, because I think they tend to get repetitive. But this is one of those times where I genuinely felt like I had to say something. It's that good.

The hotel was beautiful and the reviews are correct the mattress is incredibly comfortable. This is Mexico unspoiled By all the tourists. The beaches and the village Are a 20 minute walk. It is incredibly beautiful

My boyfriend and myself stayed at the hotel for a few nights. The ower and the staff are super nice and welcoming.
The place itself is great with an amazing view.
I forget my wallet at the hotel, the owner helped me to find solutions in order to retrieve it altough I was not in Mexico anymore.

This place is a hidden gem in zipolite !!! The service was awesome. A 7 minute walk to the little town but the views this place has to offer are amazing. I actually stayed in that room where the main pic was taken. From the host to the bartenders to the housekeeping they are awesome. This is one the 3 hotels in zipolite that offer AC. With only about 16 Rooms This place is really private. The staff makes it even more amazing!! I travel alot and let me tell you this hotel has to be the best one so far!!!! Again AC is a must in zipolite it gets hot!! So this hotel is perfect!!!!!!!

Quiet location for relaxing and enjoying great culinary tastes prepared by Marco and his staff. Debra is a charming and fantastic host who will do her best to make sure you have a great experience. I have been there numerous times and look forward to returning there again.

My wife and I came here on honeymoon. Such a nice hotel, quiet and chilled. Amazing sea view and nice pool. Staff are super helpful. Great location for exploring Zipolite, which is a 5mins walk away. Would 100% reccomend

This luxury hotel set into the side of a seaside mountain offers extraordinary views of the ocean below. The hotel is centered around an infinity pool which is surrounded by lounge chairs of various kinds. An on-site restaurant offers good food and cold beer and wine.
