The gym is awesome. Old school vibe to it with pictures of old bodybuilders everywhere. $40 pesos is incredible price. The gym is spacious and has a variety of equipment however there is a lack of chest and back machines. You will have to use dumbbells and barbells. Except they do have a few leg machines. No AC but I prefer that and its not that hot inside. Plenty here to get a good workout in.

Best gym in all of Oaxaca! The price is incredible, the layout in fantastic, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. Best layout of gym that I have ever seen, wish there were gyms like this in the US. I paid 120 pesos for two weeks which is unmatched. There is a lovely portion outside with a cycling and ab station. The retro posters are very fun as well.

Awesome gym! It’s old school weights, with Arnie and Sylvester Stallone on the wall, but a positive vibe from staff and all the patrons.
Inexpensive - was $300 pesos for a month pass, had great hours (after 10am there was hardly anyone there). Great music and motivational speeches played through the sound system.
It’s a bit outdated but it proves that it’s not the equipment that will inspire you to make a change, it’s your state of mind :) happy lifting!

Awesome place to workout in Oaxaca. Very fair prices for daily drop-ins if you are just visiting. Its an old school sweat shack, good gear for lifting, bikes upstairs for cardio. Really friendly manager. No air con or fans, so go early in the morning or evening.

For me, it was 40 pesos for a day pass (~$2 us ATM) and the very friendly clerk spoke English (useful for us tourists). Not a yoga and pilates pilates gym, this is old school free weights and Arnold posters. If you like that, it's a perfect spot.

I went there for one month during vacation. My pass cost 300 pesos. Rough and old school gym, nothing too clean or fancy. Lots of equipment and accessories. The prices are cheap, and the staff is kind and respectful.

Great casual monthly price.
Ok range of machines. Decent space. Enough free weights to keep you busy. 1 Squat rack, 1 Smith. Lots of benches. A good find.
Aurobics gym charges more for extranjeros. Tell them to go and get F.

Cool gym for those wanting to pump iron even. Tons of golden era bodybuilder posters in the gym and the day entry is cheap.

Great gym, good casual rates for tourists. Old school environment for lifting weights.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Gym. Der Chef an der Anmeldung kann sogar gutes Englisch, das heißt ich musste mich beim Kauf einer Tageskarte (40 Pesos) nicht mit meinem schlechten spanisch blamieren.

Top Gym! 40 Pesos/Tag. Sauber und hat alles was man brauch.
