Good value for price. BR kit dining room. 2 baths. Patio. No salon or reading chair or patio chairs. No heat in house but it does have hot water. Pleasant and attractive decor. Lots of warm blankets. Comfortable bed. Person who met us helpful but communication with contact person difficult.

Took my wife, mom and sister for Christmas in Morelia this December, buy although Eugenio is attentive and responsive and the whole place itself is well located, nice and colorful, the apartment in which we stayed (2), was LESS than expected.
As we arrived, he offered to give us a second set of keys which he did not until the day after.
The design is peculiar to say the least. It’s showcased as a 2 bed, and the photos even show it as if it had 2 separate rooms, which it does NOT. To get to the second room you have to go through the first one. So no privacy there.
The bathroom shared by these 2 rooms has separate doors to go in from each room, and both doors are made of steel and glass. You can literally hear the people BREATHE when they’re in the bathroom. So no privacy there, either. (And it barely flushes, so you know, try a few times).
He has 3 separate WiFi networks, but on the 3 of them, the signal is weak and poor, but hey, one could always use the old cellphone data, no?
The day before we left, the apartments 1 and 2 ran out of hot water. Yup, like that. On one of the coldest days of December. We tried to get Eugenio to solve this, but he suddenly stopped being attentive and responsive. When he finally answered (some few hours later), he argued he had left to Mexico City but that he’d send someone. Enough to say that we ended up heating water in the stove.
Oh! And although the water filter is quite slow, it works and the water actually tastes good.
Other rooms or apartments may be better within his complex, but I myself would not repeat and, if you’re traveling with your partner and family I would definitely

staying at the apartment 2.
