Parque Zoológico Benito Juárez

Super inexpensive and lots to do here from paddle boats to zip lining train rides and lots of food vendors. We only had time to see half the park as we got there in the afternoon. But will go back and take our time to explore all they have to offer.

There is a Zoo train to see all first. Then go by foot to your favorite animal. Great time in a boat on the lake. Rowed for 30 minutes for 100 pesos. Lots to see for whole family.

Fantastic place to visit if you're in Morelia.
I recommend trying the paddle boats in the smaller lake since you go between the animal enclosures.

You are welcome to bring any outside food and there are large picnic/ barbecue areas.

There are many choices for food and snacks including a full service sit down restaurant that was delicious.

A great little zoo, with lots of animals, and if you go early, with lots of activity, as they are being fed. 30 pesos entry for adults.

They just changed their open days and times. Online is not updated. Bigger than expected. Lots of animals. Affordable. Lots of walking. We had fun.

It's a nice place to visit with family. They're spots where you can sit and have lunch and can be close to small playgrounds where kids can play while eating. Theres packages for different attractions in there but even if buying the general packet you can still buy inside if you wanna go to an attraction last minute.

I went to the zoo today with my husband.., and we really enjoyed it it was really clean and the animals were taking care very well..the only thing is that there wasn't any water on the restrooms ., we hope we come back soon to visit this place 😊

This zoo is probably the best I've been to, so many activities to do besides look at animals, they have bike rides, boats you can rent at the lake, and a train that circles a great portion of the zoo. Definitely worth it.

Great place to take little ones and older adults. Get on the train and you will be able to see all the zoo animals. Great playground in the north area of the zoo for kids to play. Clean park as well.
