Perla Central Hotel

What a beautiful hotel and excellent location.
Easy walk to the main cathedral and 3 other smaller churches.
Easy to navigate shopping from this location and I will definitely book this again for another stay.

Great experience! They let me check in 6 hours earlier and took about USD30 for the same ! Great staff ! I stayed here for about 10 days. I ate quite a lot of meals in the restaurant as well ! They don’t have many veg options, so it was a little difficult for me ! I barely eat fish, and no meat at all !
And only one person in helping staff talks English. So I was very much reliant on google translator ! But the staff was really patient and great with me !
I took a couple of printouts as well at the reception which costed 5 pesos per page
Also I did my laundry with them which costed me 140 pesos
All the cost and charges were quite reasonable !
There was construction ongoing on the roads by the hotel: so at day time, there was noise ! But overall it wasn’t bad ! I took a lot of meetings from the hotel, internet was spotty at times !

The location is probably the most important part of this hotel! It’s right in the middle of Guadalajara. You can stay in your room, have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The kitchen is always open. The food is awesome! All the employees are willing to go out of their way to assist. If you want to tour, they sell yours at a very reasonable rate! Get the Tequila Tour! It is safe. You can get the driver to make special stops if your group gives him a nice tip up front. Stop at “Cantaritos El Guero”. The rooms are nice. They are very clean, and comfortable. Get up in the morning to have coffee and pastries around the corner. The locals take the bus a few feet from the hotel. There is tons of security. You will love staying here, and make it a yearly thing like me!

Rooms, always clean and orgaised, looking for your comfort.
Restaurant, always fresh Breakfast, food and fruit made and cut at the moment, very kind people, you will not miss anything on your breakfast.
Thanks to all the personal from the hotel and the restaurant, thanks a lot. I have to go back again to Guadalajara and for sure to the Perla.

Great hotel for people who want to be close to the historic center.
Small rooms tend to be noisy because of the hallway structure but the large rooms with Jacuzzi are very quiet with a three room setup.
WiFi was ok and was able to upload 1.5 GB in a couple of hours.
About 15-18 parking spaces accessible from the lobby is a good option. Ask before so they can open the garage.
Everything worked as intended and I had no issues. Stayed in the master seventh floor.
The area around the hotel is sketchy, as most historic centers are but ubers can always slide up to the lobby to pick you up. Two blocks up is the cathedral and zocalo.

It's a really nice hotel with good service.
The neighborhood it's in however, isn't the nicest and if you want to walk around the tourist area it's a long walk to get there.

All staff in the hotel are very nice , people oriented, great food plus rooms with all that you want to be comfortable as if you were at your home ... Very recommended ... 5 start service

Loved this hotel. Although cramped, it was clean and well priced. Close to lots of stuff and just a cute feel to it.
