A Temporary Resident Visa with the maximum duration of 4 years and will be returning to Olguín & LaConte for my Permanent Resident Visa.
I was particularly looking for someone with experience in Immigration Law in Mexico. I had been disappointed so many times and wasted a lot of time and money with those, unfortunately including lawyers that lacked experience in Immigration Law. Well, I found what I was looking for with Olguín & LaConte. The staff is highly experienced, very, very knowledgeable, detailed, truthful, professional and speak fluent English, which was also a high priority. All my concerns were addressed promptly, clear and concise. There really are no words to describe how appreciative I am that someone recommended Freddy to me. He turned what was for me an intimidating, insurmountable, daunting, challenging, stressful, complex and complicated task into a smooth process. My wife and I are both US Citizens and came to Guadalajara to work with a specific doctor for the birth of my daughter.
