I am so happy to find this place. It was absolutely packed and the service was so good I had a hot coffee before I finished sitting down. Amazing place! Filled with locals. The chilaquiles was amazing, i have never had it with goat cheese before. It was such a value!! $135 mx for everything. Cash only.

What a cute little place! I love the plants all around and the "garden" feel. Most spots are in the shade and the food was good. Great lunch spot and good prices.

Food was ok not very memorable. When i sat down the waiter brought out a complimentary plate of Papaya with cream cheese-- O didn't eat it as I am not a fan of Pappaya. I ordered the chef speciaof the day Eggs with Chorizo and Gouda cheese. The plate came with carrots and a xicama salad which i felt was refreshing. The highlight for me was the pickled onions and yellow chiles on the table. Next to that was a red salsa that is a little spicy. They also brought out freshly made Tortillas with the eggs.

Service was fantastic however a little slow since it was the Sunday morning rush.

Atmosphere was very family oriented, with people conversating, laughing and enjoying each other's company.

Price was good as it felt less expensive than restaurants in the Center Oaxaca.

I would go back again for dinner to try the other parts of the menu.

Had breakfast this morning, the food was excellent. The breakfast combo (salmon and spinach omelet) and price value was amazing. Liked the salsa and onion side dishes. Lots of food for only 90 pesos. Liked the outdoor setting. The service was fast and the waitress was very attentive. Coffee was the only thing that disappointed me but it was your regular Mexican coffee included and it is refillable. So people can see the value there.

Wow. I’m he place gets busy so get there early. When they run out they run out. We had a 3 course meal for lunch that included an enormous pitcher of jamaica aqua fresca. Total bill for 2 persons was less than $15.

Hands down the best breakfast place in Oaxaca City!

Delicious Mexican breakfast! With incredible service, very friendly staff, beautiful ambiance with many plants and sun umbrellas, delicious food and a singer/guitar player during breakfast. Wonderful experience!

Soup, salad, entree, dessert, and Agua fresca, all delicious and beautifully presented, for 75 pesos. One of the best comida corridas in town.

(Oct 2021) Aptly-named neighbourhood eatery with friendly attentive service and WiFi. 75 pesos comida corrida gets you a soup, salad, pitcher of agua del dia, main del dia with choice of 3 including vegetarian option, jelly dessert. The chilaquiles have lots of options, and come with coffee plus sliced fruit. I only ever sat outside under the shady sea hibiscus tree, but the WC is clean.

Great place. The burger was very good. There is soup and small dessert included. And it's not expensive.

An amazing restaurant. Me and my family have had both breakfast and lunch here and it’s the best experience both service and food wise we’ve had in Mexico so far and we’ve been here for over 2 weeks. The banana bread was fantastic!!

Great food, service and atmosphere.

Visit in the restaurant was like a visit to heaven. Great food and so many items included in the set. You got few options to choose from first then all rest come free as a part of the meal. Bucket of a cold local lemonade, bread, tortillas, salas, salad, soup, desert. The mains are also large portions. We tried pasta with shrimps. I would go back there if I ever got a chance as first place in Oaxaca.
