Del Carmen Concept Hotel

Very cool flipped traditional building that has been converted into a hotel. The rooms feel authentic with a modern vibe, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it's in a central location.

If you want to experience Guadlajara in an authentic way without giving up home comforts I would recommend the hotel. In terms of noise I would say it didn't bother us (we're in our 30s). If you're looking for adventure - to walk around the historic areas, go to restaurants, and have a drink at night - this is a great hotel.

We have enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. The rooms are well designed by local artists. The staff are very attentive. It is a convenient location to explore the City. The downstairs restaurant is good and we ate there several times. One complaint is the toilet bowl cleaner that is the initial smell as you enter the room.

The Staff if just amazing starting from the maintenance crew to the general manager. Is not a big branch with a ton of rooms you will get a people to people feel. On bottom there is an amazing restaurant that has a wide range of foods all day long.

As far as the location regards I would say it is a 10 out of 5 very very very nice. Is an old building that makes part of historic architecture that goes back to the 1860s which makes it look so much better. the rooms have very modern style touch. You will not feel like you are at a regular hotel it will feel more like HOME

Great place to stay. Very slow service but the fact they have such a great person as the lady in charge of cleaning the rooms. She is amazing

It was awesome, top class hotel. Service was excellent and friendly, the room was super cool and well designed, and the restaurant was excellent. Ten out of ten, would reccomend.

Gorgeous hotel with historical views and perfectly located. One of the best brunches in the city as well.

El staff del hotel y restaurant se portaron muy ambles. Los desayunos muy ricos y la conveniencia de tener un restaurante en el mismo hotel.
La decoracion muy original y la ubicacion muy practica para llegar al centro histórico, etc.
Lo unico es que es una calle muy transitada y durante la noche se puede escuchar varios ruidos, en lagunas ocasiones también parecía ser la lavadora del lugar (no muy seguros estábamos) pero definitivamente la calle de atrás es transitada.
Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar por el buen servicio del staff.

Excelente servicio. No hay palabras para agradecer la atencion espectacular que nos brindaron. Una atencion tan personalizado, desde abrir nuestra habitacion desde las 6am porque nuestro vuelo llego de madrugada, conseguir una maquillista y agendar todo, decorar la habitacion por el cumpleaños de mi esposo, una viaje expectacular a Tequila, hasta imprimir mis boletos de abordaje. Mas que una estancia cualquiera fue sentir que estabamos en casa en familia. Su restaurante delicioso y sus jugos naturales una delicia. Gracias Raquel y Jairo por siempre una amabilidad estupenda. Nuestra estadía en el hotel del Carmen ha sido espléndida. Ha cambiado totalmente mi perspectiva de lo que un hotel debe ser. El personal siempre atento, y la locación perfecta. Volviendo a Guadalajara, siempre me hospedaré con ustedes.

Si regresará a Guadalajara me volvería hospedar y comer ahí
El único detalle que no tienen estacionamiento ni convenio con ningún estacionamiento

La mejor experiencia. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una mejor por una noche. Súper cómodo y staff súper atento. Trataré de volver cada vez que vaya!

El Centro queda súper cerca y la plaza que queda justo en la puerta no es muy ruidosa, al contrario.

Buen hotel, comida y atención, cerca del centro histórico de Guadalajara, sin embargo no tiene estacionamiento punto muy malo por si vienes de visita en coche debido a que alrededor el estacionamiento es muy caro 100 pesos noche

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, tiene habitaciones muy bonitas, con bastante espacio y cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias.
