This place! It's magical...the water is so crisp & refreshing and clean! Lots of people here on a Sunday, but it never felt crowded...because of mutiple cenotes to chose from. The staff upon check in were very friendly and I thought it was nice they had a lifeguard! You can bring your own food and drinks (no alcohol) and they also have a store to buy snacks from. Wish I could give Cristalino 10 stars! Amazing experience!

Wonderful cenote. Only one that opens at 8 (actually little before 8) it was a cool morning so we had the place totally to ourselves till about 10 or 10:30. Cave was cool but a few areas to swim when the main pool did get a little busier. No lunch when we were there just snacks sold.

We were a little on guard after other reviews mentioned theft but we didn't see any of that .. there was a spot someone maybe had jumped the fence in back ..I assumed people left their bags unattended up near the jumping platform? Anyway I would now totally discount those accounts...it felt very safe.

We came super early so there was literally no one. We had a really great time. Be like us and rent a car and go yourself lol

200p/person for entrance - that includes a life vest
They have lockers, snorkling gears to rent (most cenotes jn this area do)
They have a shower and changing room and everything.
Nice parking space

We went here in the morning to explore the cenote. It was very easy to find (just off the highway). The front entrance was clearly marked and the rules written in Spanish and English. There are lockers available to rent down by the cenote to store your things while you enjoy the scenery. This is well worth visiting.

One of the most beautiful open air cenote(natural diving pool with clear waters) with an entry fee of only 200 MXN pesos ~ around $13 USD.

Very fun. Family kind of place. Very busy, smaller cenote but everyone having so much fun and we’re in Mexico so hard to complain. Great value. We stayed about 90 minutes but that was the second one of the day

Lots of fun jumping off the cliff into the cool water. It was Holy Week (April 18, 2019) when we visited which was super crowded with both locals and tourists. It cost US$8 per person to enter which included life vests. Another $5 for a plastic lounge chair. I would recommend bringing water proof pouches for phones and water shoes.

Cold water, clear water, heaven on earth, clean water ! It was the main source of water for mexico 🇲🇽 .. you can stay there for 3 hours or half day max. We paid 150 MXN $ .. bring your swimsuit 🩱, swim shoes and googles to see a wide variety of 🐠

This was one of my favorite things we did on our vacation. It is incredibly beautiful. No sunscreen but there is plenty of shade. Snorkeling in the different cenotes was amazing!

Beautiful cenote for travellers who want to experience a cenote that is a bit "off the grid". Had to take a local bus taxi to get there, which was a cool experience. Lots of fish in the water, beautiful greenery to explore, and a fun rock wall you can safely jump into the water from

Second time visiting this place. It was busy because it’s on the Main Street. Love the diving part of the cenote. Although it was full of people still plenty of room to swim.

Quiet cenote close to the highway, very popular among locals. I was there during mid day on Sunday, which is considered to be the busiest time, but the place did not feel crowded to me. The water is crystal clear, just as the name suggests, and great for snorkeling or swimming. I saw people get huge floats in the cenote as well, so there are no restrictions on what you can bring. The small ledge to jump off into the water adds a bit of adventure. Comparing the cost of the nearby cenotes, this place is super cheap and highly recommended!

A wonderful place to spend quality time with the family. This place is a clear example of the quality, kindness, honesty, and above all, empathy of Mexican culture. I don't know the native language of the children and young people who attended us, but they gave their best. I leave with an excellent impression, hoping to return soon. Without a doubt, the best family cenote I have visited in Cancun. I want to highlight their empathy because I was traveling with my mother, who has limited mobility (wheelchair and crutches), and they made it easy for us to enter and provided special needs parking. While they might not be specialists or fully equipped for people with limited mobility, their ingenuity and empathy, combined with their willingness to help, made our time much better than at Xcaret parks. I highly recommend them!

Loved this water hole. We went on a hot day to have a break from the hotel. It was a short walk and very refreshing.

Beautiful cenote, you can jump in the water, swim and snorkel, make sure to bring your snorkeling hear if you have one! 150 pesos entrance, vests are included in the price, there is also a bathroom and changing room as well as a small restaurant and snack shop. It was a bit colder on the day we went, so it was not very full, we even had one of the small cenotes for ourselves only!

Beautiful open cenote with a small over hang and lots of little fish. You can climb steps and jump into water about 20 ft. You cannot wear sunscreen as the cenote a are a source of drinking water But because it is open you might get a lot of sun I recommend a rash guard. Lockers are 100 pesos and it is 200 pesos for entry but parking is free. There is a small snack bar

More public then Eden, but also 50 pesos less. If you are not snorkleing or diving, go to Eden. This cenote has some great caves and tunnels to swim through. Near the mangroves there is a 50 tunnel around 15ft deep that is a great challenge for some amateur divers. The pool is elongated, giving more private sections.
