Las rutinas personalizadas están muy bien, el coach las hace en función de tus objetivos y te da seguimiento. Se siente muy agusto el ambiente, hay máquinas para todos los músculos en general, está bien equipado, tiene vapor y clases de boxeo.

Cuenta con un área de pesas equipada y siguen metiendo más aparatos, incluye clases de box y entrenamiento funcional, área de vapor y regaderas y afuera hay una excelente cafetería donde se puede tomar algo o comer después de entrenar.
