Mi Fondita

Excellent food at a decent price. The Spanish rice could use a bit more color and flavor but their fried tacos and posole were delicious. Absolutely recommend it. Easy to miss the name is tiny on a corner of the entrance sign.

Short version: If you pass through Nogales and you're hungry but you don't eat here, you're an idiot.

The Galina Pinta literally made my eyeballs roll back in my head, it was THAT good. The service was amazing; it felt like I was visiting my cousin. The atmosphere reminded me of the kind of places my folks frequented when I was a kid back in the late sixties.

They're busy. You might have to wait a few minutes to get a table. And the food may take a few minutes to get to you. Just soak up the atmosphere. It's well worth the wait.

It's across from the Tufesa and Tap bus terminals and near a good hotel, Marqués de Cima.

I have been in Mi Fondita several times over the last several years, and the food is consistently good or even great. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the service. It is definitely a hit or miss with the service. It seems like they always have plenty of servers, but they are poorly used or trained. Whenever you see a bunch of servers bunched up on one side of the restaurant, it is possibly not a great sign. I actually love Mi Fondita and would like for the service to get a little better. The food in this place is really good all the time. Give yourself the chance and try them.

Brought our pet to the vet and decided to try this spot, since it had good reviews. It did NOT disappoint. Food was delicious!! We had the menudo, pozole, and bean burrito. We will certainly come back and can't wait to try other items on their menu.

Pozole was very good, chilaquiles were ok but not great, good service. Prices are very low. Abundant food.

I've been going to this place for years ever since 2008. This place extended since then and the food remains delicious. Love their food and can't go wrong with fresh made tortillas. Highly recommend

Very welcoming staff. Renee our server was very sweet and quick service. Large portions on the breakfast. Great prices! Small place quick turn to the parking lot when heading north.

Great variety of authentic food.

Loved everything about this place. The food, the staff and the cozy little Mexican kitchen. The only little inconvenience is that they don't take cards, no debit, no credit; be prepared to bring your cash. It's totally worth the minor inconvenience, for sure.

I must say I was impressed by the food, service and very low menu prices. Food was abundant and very tasty. In two weeks there will open another restaurant in the same city...

Amazing service, amazing food... What else could someone say to an outstanding place with simple amazing food. If u like menudo I personally recommend it although all food looked good. I will definitely be back and check it out again soon.
