Hidden Beach Resort

My wife and I come here often, the staff here is second to none in the world, we have never had a bad experience here. From the moment we walk in until the time we have to left and I mean have too. There isn’t a single staff member here that I wouldn’t hire away from here if I could. Ula of course is my favorite which says a lot because I/we love them all. The restaurant doesn’t open until 7am and I’m an early riser so whichever staff member is here in the morning always get me my cappuccino even if it’s only 5 am. The entertainment staff Fernanda and ixchel are like my own daughters and treat me that way and I love it. Would protect them both as such. The entire experience with the staff here is what keeps us coming back again and again. Wish the price wasn’t so high now but the staff has no control over that, would come even more often if we could afford more. Recommend management take care of this staff because we believe they are not replaceable!

The most comfortable experience we have ever had. It was our first al natural trip and we had a blast. The food was 5 star gourmet, the activities are easy to join or pass on, the fun is there if you want or you can just relax. We can’t wait Togo back.

We have been to Hidden Beach now for about 15 years and simply love the staff! It’s nice to be greeted “Welcome Home”! Everyone from the gardeners, security, maid, maintenance crews, massage therapists and the outstanding staff from Angel. Anicento, Gaspar, Ricardo, Noel, and all the other staff that I cannot remember their names! Thank you!

I love our bartenders Nathaniel, David and especially my favorite Pedro! Try his shots they are amazing! Love the ladies who greet us everyday with a smile on thier faces, especially Esperanza, Martha and Sue to serve our drinks and remind us to drink water!!

I am grateful for the girls, Fernanda and Ixchel who get me in the pool to exercise and play some volleyball. Love your attitude, smiles and greetings daily!

The front staff is the most wonderful team I have ever had interaction with. They all are so very accommodating and will go above and beyond for every guest! I can tell you from experience that Ula is so amazing, along with Faviola and Eleason!

The hotel is showing some age, but the paths and landscaping is impeccable!

If you’re looking for a no pressure environment with the most wonderful staff and the lovely people we have met here, this is your place to call your Mexico HOME! We feel like part of their family!

If you are a negative Nelly stay home or go somewhere else, this is a happy place!

The staff here at HBR is top of the line! They remember you every time you walk through the gates and treat you like a huge family. It is so refreshing to get to stay at this little piece of paradise! From Fernanda and Ixchel doing all the fun activities and making sure everyone is involved and happy to the bartenders Pedro, Nate, Esperanza, Suemy and David making all our crazy drinks and keeping us laughing. To the wait staff, Angel, Jonathan, Gaspar, Ricardo, Adolpho, Noel, Darwin, Galdino, Martha, Manni,Yenesia and more they literally go out of their way to make sure you have anything and everything you need! Then we have Alfredo keeping the pool spectacular! And the food is superb at that! When you check in you will be greeted by the Ula, Eli and Sammy, these three go above and beyond to make the easiest transition in and out. They will make you feel like you are Home as soon as you walk in. There is not any other place you get the attention and great food! It is truly like a large family! The staff make this place a true paradise!

What a great time!
This resort is my favorite. On the small side with 43 rooms but it helps getting to know everyone there. The rooms are well maintained, the resort is very clean and tended to constantly.
The staff is benchmark, you will not find better service anywhere. They find out details about and never miss a beat welcoming back or having you favorite food or beverage ready to go. Ula and Eleasin are the cherry on top. They truely live up to the whatever whenever mindset.
The grounds were in full bloom and nicely maintained. I think they have more staff than guests.
The activity gals Fernanda and Ishelle keep everybody moving with volleyball, trivia, painting, etc.
a huge shout out to the bar staff Nathaniel, Pedro, David, Easperana, Cynthia. The evening meals are from different restaurants each night and enjoyed not having to leave the resort for dinner. The restaurant staff Anticeto, Angel, Arnie, Noel, Jonathan, Marta and Yesenia during the day are treasures. The evening staff Galdino, Ricardo, Estrella, Gasbar, the 2 new guys and Mary Cruz are quick with every need. Boy do they put on the steps each night with all the fast walking they do.
Sammy the hotel Mgr is often found walking around the resort checking up on things as well as chatting with guests. Her staff is well trained and extremely knowledgeable, kudos to her.
I cannot wait to return. Everyone should try this piece of paradise.

Staff gives outstanding customer service. Rooms are great but need some minor upgrades. People there are the most friendliness people you'll meet for an au naturel resort.

Excellent all inclusive Au Natural resort. Great people, fantastic staff, beautiful rooms and several gourmet restaurants to choose from. It's a little on the pricey side but well worth it.

Fabulous resort… people, staff, activities!! Music is amazing .. love the activities directors.. volleyball, aqua sports! Just beautiful!!

90+ minute drive from CUN. clothing optional. No beach. Great atmosphere. No swinging, non sexual atmosphere.

This place is amazing!
The facility is a bit older but renovations and repairs are in progress. With recent management changes, the future looks bright for sure.
Within the realm of nude resorts, there is no comparison. I am not aware of another truly nude resort in the 4-star category.
Some places have nude areas or have rules for covering up in certain areas. A person could be nude here 7x24 for the duration of the stay. In that sense they have no apples to apples competition locally or globally I am aware of.
The SERVICE here cannot be beat.
The staff greets us by name and remembers us when returning. The restaurant
manager (Yenesia) remembered my breakfast taco order.
The level of service here is just not present anywhere else we have been.

Esperanza sets a standard for all customer service providers to emulate. The owners of HBR should buy her a house to make sure she never leaves.
Bartenders Nathanael and Pedro take care of our thirsts and make us feel welcomed.
The entertainment staff of Ixcele and Fernanda are very cheerful and fun.
The taco lady, Marta makes incredible breakfast tacos with a friendly smile.
The wait staff definitely goes above and beyond. Great job Angel, Arney, Asisito, and Noel

Phenomenal place where you are treated like a member of a very special family.

This was our second trip to Hidden Beach. The staff at hidden beach from the front office to the housekeeping staff are very attentive and professional. Cleanliness and comfort are impeccable. This is a great place for relaxation, if you are looking for a non-stop party atmosphere this is not the place-for you. We have enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Hidden Beach (HB), an all inclusive clothing optional (C/O) resort within a larger clothed resort, El Dorado Seaside Suites (EDSS), is a wonderful place to be if you enjoy a C/O environment. The facilities are very nice, the staff is fantastic, and it costs nothing extra to take advantage of the several EDSS restaurants if you want to get dressed to go eat. (HB guests have free access to all the EDSS facilities.) There is one C/O restaurant in HB which has a different menu every day, which serves breakfast and dinner. Lunch is served buffet-style by the pool. The food is excellent.

Best place ever ! Service amazing, friendly, food and drinks above and beyond.
Entertainment people around the pool are the best ! And let's not forget the drinks ! Outstanding 💯. Can't say enough good thing about our stay.

Wonderful! Everyone has been very accommodating. They have things going on during the day (have to paint a coconut!) and evening events. Highly recommend.
