El Dorado Seaside Suites

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, they all say hello to you when you're walking by and offer you a lift if they are driving past you in the buggy. All the restaurants are really nice, the buffets have a huge selection! We went for a room with a jacuzzi and the room was huge, so much space! The beach is nice and clean and the sea is so clear, there are lots of small fish swimming in the shallows. Free classes were great, we went to yoga on the pier at sunrise, it was so relaxing and refreshing! Plenty of beach bars dotted around so getting a drink is never very far! The resort is peaceful which makes a nice relaxing atmosphere. I also had a massage on the beach (additional cost), it was so relaxing listening to the ocean and feeling the breeze. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at the Seaside Palms section of the resort. The food was great, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and lush with plants and palm trees. And above all the staff were incredible. We wanted to make a shout out to Veronica and Martha, who we grew to love. They went above and beyond to make our beach days the best! And a special thank you to Mildred for helping us when our flights were delayed, and ensuring we were set up and comfortable! Highly recommend

Our stay was amazing at El Dorado Seaside Suites! Miriam, Luana, Alejandro, Benjamin, Jesus, Carlos were all amazing! I enjoyed the cocktail making class, and the bracelets making class! Volleyball was amazing! Everyone made our time here so awesome! We enjoyed the dinners here and it was super super relaxing the entire time. I would definitely come back!

This place was absolutely perfect. Spent zero time in our room as there was so many things to explore. Miguel our beach butler on the seaside suites side was an outstanding host and helped with a Bali bed for us to spend our chill times. Food, bars service every where we went was beyond anything we ever experienced.

Excellent resort, convenient for relaxation. The location of buildings for vacationers, restaurants, bars and all other services is very well thought out.

The entire resort area is impeccably clean.

All the staff are very polite and always ready to help.

The food in the restaurants is fresh, tasty and varied, the waiters are polite and attentive.

The SPA is wonderful, the specialists there deserve the kindest words.

I would suggest that the Seaside Market restaurant have an employee advertising Mexican cuisine located on the open veranda, since not all the cooks there speak English, and most of the vacationers do not know either Spanish or the intricacies of Mexican cuisine.

I personally loved the resort. The only thing is that the personal concierge is not that personal. There was one concierge who really was rude for absolutely no reason. She continued to be unhelpful for our 8 day stay. Other than her, everyone was great. The bartenders, servers and golf cart drivers are all good. They are very generous and happy people. The location is really good and the resort is made more for a relaxing vacation rather than the party vacation. I loved it and will probably go back .

Hands down the best resort we’ve ever been to. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted with “welcome home” which set a positive tone right away. Week one of two at Seaside Palms and no complaints. Minor issues were dealt with immediately. Yes the rooms are dated and could use an over haul but the grounds are immaculate and the staff are amazing. Bali beds are plentiful and super comfortable. Food is delicious. Wish room service had a few more options but fills the need when wanting to stay in. Resort is super safe. Definitely recommend and can see us returning.

We stayed on the palms side for a few days recently. We had a lot of fun at the suites pool bar and the guacamaya bar for nighttime festivities like live music and karaoke. We especially loved Luis, one of the workers! He contributed to the fun we had and we enjoyed his exceptional service!

Alejandro and Luana (Miriam) with activities, all have been so kind, provided great service, and amazing food from our first day to our last. We have all great things to share with friends and family about our trip here. We can’t wait to come back!

Luana, Alex, Miriam, Benjamin, Carlos ,Jesus Sergio and Iver are so great. The entertainment team has been so much fun we enjoyed coconut painting, handcrafts and pool volleyball. Sergio was so fun at the pool bar and was very nice to us and made great drink recommendations. We have enjoyed our time here at El Derado so much.

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and it was the perfect place. It is definitely tailored to a more relaxing vacation than a party vacation which is what we were looking for. The food was alright, nothing special to report. The drinks had good pours and they can make anything you want! The activates were fine for my husband and I, not too much. We really enjoyed the fire show dinner. The only issue we had with the hotel was the lack of consistent commination from staff. One person would say one thing and another person would say something different. This really cause an issue once- our personal concierge told us the fire show dinner was at a restaurant - we got to the restaurant they said it was at a different restaurant - we went there and it was closed - we asked some people around us and they were told the same thing. Luckily, we decided to walk the beach and stumbled upon it. It was frustrating because we didn't make dinner reservations. Along with this, be aware, you can only make dinner reservations when you are at the hotel, despite all the restaurants requiring a dinner reservation. This wasn't an issue for us as we got reservations for all of our stay, However, when we talked to other people they said they only had reservations for a few of their nights and they were stuck eating room service the other few nights. With all of that being said, my husband and I still had an incredible time! We will definitely be coming back.

Hour and 20 minutes ride was longer than expected after 6 hours of airport check in and nonstop flight.

But the resort is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are amazing. Limited beer and liquor selections. Limited bar tender knowledge of types of drinks to make. The drinks they do make were awesome. We had a swim up suite, which was gorgeous. Pool was a little chilly, but refreshing it was 85 degrees each day so easy to enjoy pool. Having to make reservations for dinner only through the concierge with limited availability was not an experience I was looking for. The concierge wants you to plan the entire trips dinners and times all at once. This forces you to plan your day basically on the time of a pre planned dinner. I like the more free flowing all inclusive experience.

Having to play extra for steak, people soliciting for you to pay for "private tables" at the free events on the beach. Was also irritating.

Don't get me wrong we had an amazing trip, just had to tell ourselves, it vacation just go with the flow, plus 24 hour free room service was the best part of the food. Great selections and so tasty. Beach was clean with a breaker wall about 100 foot out made and amazing lagoon to swim in. You have to pay to rent the day bed/ cabanas another nickel and dime feature that we refuse to do there were plenty of lounge chairs, hammocks with or with out shade.

Again so peaceful and so beautiful. Great couples get away.

I enjoyed my stay at Seaside. The food was delicious, but we found the restaurants to be inconsistent. I had some of the best dishes of my life here, but the next night, the same dish would not have the same execution. Overall, the food was great and we had so many restaurants to choose from.

The resort is immaculate, and the landscaping is unreal. Most of the staff will take such good care of you, so it is necessary to tip everyone. Alberto at the beach took such great care of us. His poise and professionalism impressed us daily. The activities during the day and at night were all 10/10! The staff hosting these events make every moment enjoyable. Everyone who worked at the main bar did a great job keeping everyone happy. Alicia took care of our drinks for most of the trip, and I am so grateful for her fantastic service skills.

Our room was on the Palms side, and we faced the lagoon. We liked our location due to the fact it was quiet and was close to everything!

We did a massage package and purchased it from Tony on the beach for a good deal. The massages were so good that we booked another for a few days later. The water circuit area we found to be inconsistent and had lots of room for improvement, but those massages made the entire experience worth every penny!

I recommend the El Dorado Seaside and can't wait to go back!

The views, the beaches, spectacular.

Ula, our concierge, is a consummate professional and support's ever request.
Our first time in Mexico. A large group of friends joined us but, thanks to the ambience, well, our group grew larger.
And, when I asked about support for a physical health issue (Im recovering from neck, arm, shoulder surgery) what a relief to work with Fernanda! She did such a great job addressing my needs during our group water aerobic classes, I left a personal training session so as mot to miss her class. And her trainee, Carlos. A joy.

Smiles greeting us for every meal. Prompt service. Clean. In 8 days Ive gained eight pounds and I couldn’t bee happier. Fresh sushi, grilled octopus my favorite's, . All staff attentive.

Angel, Anicito and all serving staff just wonderful. Entertainment was - every night - terrific. The Four Tenors especially (they sang both of my requested songs!).

I enthusiastically recommend this hotel – it's my second visit, and I'm certain to come back. I rarely revisit hotels, but this one is so exceptional that I returned for a second stay. I cherish every aspect of it – the atmosphere, people, entertainment, staff, beach views, location, and decor. I consistently suggest it to friends. The cuisine is consistently fresh and delightful, and the entertainment is reliably enjoyable. Special thanks to the staff, including Abraham, Carlos, Carolina, Gabo, Janette, Luis, Maria, and Mike. One minor suggestion involves the program, as it tends to repeat weekly. For those staying longer or revisiting frequently, this may become less entertaining, especially if, for instance, the music band plays the same songs or the performance is the same each week. Introducing variety to the shows could enhance the experience for those staying longer or returning. However, I've noticed this pattern in various all-inclusive hotels; it's merely my personal perspective. I love the hotel and the vibrant atmosphere. I had a fantastic time there and highly recommend it. The diversity of shows is extensive, catering to various preferences, and the same goes for daily activities. In this resort, you can relax and have a great time with the abundance of options available.

Amazing holiday! The hotel was beautiful the grounds are so well maintained and the army of people work so hard to keep it well looking amazing! Great choices of places for food for all meals so many great activities and shows going on in the day and the night! Everyone and I mean everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you. We had a swim up room which was so lovely and perfect to relax and unwind. But we also had so much fun around the activity pool with all the sports and entertaining team! Benjamin, Luis, Carlos and Ibrahim are just all so lovely and fun and definitely add some of the best bits to the hotel with all the games. They are just genuinely great guys especially Benjamin nothing was to much hassle and you can see they really enjoy their jobs.

Luana, Alejandro & Miriam made my vacation at El Dorado one of a kind! The activities were so fun and they were all so kind. Cannot recommend staying at the Seaside Suites enough, just to enjoy their company ♥

Great place for a relaxing all inclusive experience. Friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile to serve you. Good choice of food. We were there during NFL playoffs, the Piccadilly sports bar was awesome ,they served additional food to enjoy the games. Don't miss the Spa if you are planning

Brilliant time so far at seaside resorts! Really loved the coconut painting, cocktail class, foam party and can’t wait for the rest of the holiday!
