Pan:am Abasolo

This is a very unique place. They have fresh in-house made bread. All bread is delicious and has that authentic homemade style. You cannot go wrong with anything you order from this place.
All other food is made fresh. Their corn dough for quesadillas or memelas is out of this world. A must try. the place is small and tables, unlimited and all around just the wonderful place to go.

Pleasant and shady courtyard (11:30am).

Service is polite. Menus were available in English.

Food was tasty and fresh. Servings are on the smaller side. Juices are/were served warm.

- Avacado and salmon on sourdough with included salad (185 pesos)
- "Huevos el gusto" eggs as you like (we chose scrambled) with a choice of additions (we chose chorizo and spinach) with included frijoles and tortillas (85 pesos)
- Fresh juice (40-50 pesos)

Loved the place!! Worth i I t. Hot horchata is very good. Actually everything was good. We ordered waffles, Benedict, sandwich, quiche, various breads, croissants. We were working when we went there, they were really nice to find us a table with power plug next to it even though it was very busy. I would go again and again!!

Perfect spot for breakfast! I was met with a smile and received attentive, friendly service throughout. The espresso, green juice and enfrijoladas were all delicious (and served very quickly!) but the real highlight of this place is the sweet breads. Make sure to leave room after your meal for a pan au chocolat, croissant or any of their large selection. I’ll be back!

Great pastries ( try the croissant with chocolate), eggs Benedict was great, lovely courtyard seating. Cappuccino and mocha were okay, not amazing.

Tip: can get busy and have a wait on the weekends

Everything my group ate was incredible! From the bakery to chilaquiles to english muffin sandwich we were all full & happy. Grabbed pastries on our way out for a full day of sightseeing. High quality, great service, and a memorable meal.

My husband and I both had excellent lunches here. The muffin al caballo and egg sandwich were delicious, along with the accompanying side salads. Cozy, comfortable ambiance, great service, price, music and overall vibe. We’ll definitely come again.

This is a lovely spot to grab brunch. It was full of people even on a weekday, but the service was good and the food was amazing. The pastry and the latte were very well made. Prices are reasonable, we spent ~280 pesos for two people including drinks. Highly recommend! Our server Ismael was really patient and spoke very clear Spanish for us 👍👍👍

It is a very popular place. Food is good, service is wonderful and the ambience is welcoming! I went fir breakfast and got there early enough that I didn't have to wait to be seated. However, by the time I left, people were waiting for seats. I will go again!

Excellent spot for breakfast. Get there early to ensure a spot in the beautiful garden area. Everything we had was yummy, including the hot chocolate.

Few things elicit my happiness as good breakfast spots. Pan:am did not disappoint.

I loved their “huevos all gusto” since they come with a side of well seasoned black beans and hand made tortillas. I.ordered an extra of guacamole on the side and it paired perfectly.

Their croque madame was delicious as well, but if you don't like commercial bread, don't pick it, as they have plenty of choices with artisanal bread.

Their mango lassi was one of the best I have tried, and their mineral orangeade was delicious even without the syrup, which is how I usually order it.

The ambiance is great! They have a fine patio where you can sit for hours.

The service is also very good. Waiters are very attentive and kind,and the wait is not too long.

Definitely a place to enjoy a nice brunch.

Lovely place set in a courtyard with relaxed vibe. The food is delicious and fresh. Definitely try the fresh juices. We will definitely be back again before leaving Oaxaca. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try

We stopped by before leaving Oaxaca, and it was an amazing meal. The food was extremely tasty and good price. And nice service. They have an outside area , it has a chill vibe! And many options for vegetarians !

This is one of the great places for breakfast in Oaxaca. They have very quick service both from the kitchen and staff. There are many staff working at once. The plates offer good local dishes. Juices is local fruits and coffee is strong. Best of all this place has been consistent for years.

Amazing waffles! The House eggs Benedict were delicious too. Breakfast menu was available until 2pm. Short wait to be seated, but well worth it.

Great food and pastries! We got here for late breakfast and had to wait 35 minutes for a table, but they have coffee and pastries to go so the wait was worth it
