Enterprise Rent-A-Car

All rental companies will require the insurance that is not sold online. Check-In: Jessica was very fast and I was out the door within 10 minutes. The location and car were very clean, they offer coffee, and it's a short shuttle ride (2 minutes) from the airport.
Check-out: The process with Violeta took less than 5 minutes. We did not have to wait for a ride to the airport. Guadalupe, the shuttle driver, was already waiting to take us to the airport. It was a bit more than NU but you get what you pay for.

After reading some of the recent reviews I was really skeptical. But everything from getting picked up from airport to receiving keys for car was phenomenal. Cristian was excellent he eased my mind and help me build trust for future rentals. Booked with Expedia!!!!

This is based on my experience on 09/21/22. I had a family emergency that required me to travel to Guadalajara for the day. I did my research and found Enterprise to be a reasonable deal which included the travel insurance/ protection they refer to as EPP. I’ve seen people complain and say “they sell you something you don’t need, they force, it’s a rip off, etc.” Unless you’re a local and know the roads, laugh at us tourist for getting it but no way in heck I want to deal with an issue if I did get into a fender bender. Is it a rip off? Who knows and I don’t care. Pay for the services you need and decline everything else but in all honesty it’s your decision. My plane landed at 530am, picking up the car was easy. Fabiola assisted me with my checking out the vehicle and completing the necessary paperwork. Fast friendly and with a smile. One two three is was on the road in no time. A couple of hours later I was flying back home and dropping off the vehicle was a breeze. Diane (I believe was her name) assisted me in processing the paper work for dropping off the rental. Again, all done fast quick with a smile. Overall experience was great. I’d definitely rent from them again, Do your research. If you’re reserving a car months in advance, it’d be wise to follow up on that reservation a few days before your arrival. It doesn’t hurt to email them and inquire on it. Worst case scenario your reservation was lost BUT you contacted them with reasonable time and YOU WILL have a car with you get there. Don’t make an assumption that it’ll be there. Things happen. Prepare for rain even on a sunny day.

We made reservations for an SUV and we had an excellent experience! Shout out to Richard that upgraded us to a new vehicle and the service was prompt,professional and cordial! Oscar and Jonathan were also extremely helpful as we checked out! Best experience ever renting at the airport location in GDL. There was a problem with the actual gas level but they refunded me with no problem at all, you guys will be my only choice while renting a car in GDL. Thank you!👏🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟date of service 3/9/22

We just rented a car at Enterprise National Guadalajara airport and from the moment we were picked up by Guadalupe (Lupe) at the airport to take us to the location to pick up the car (less than five minutes away), we were treated with so much courtesy, kindness and respect. At the desk, the rental process was smooth, if long as always everywhere, yet uncomplicated and again everyone was very courteous. We were assisted by Dolores (Lola). I asked for water and a representative quickly grabbed three water bottles for each in our group, of course complimentary. Upon returning the car, we saw Lupe again and he remembered us, once again, it was a pleasure to be driven by him back to the airport.

Is the second time I use this company location, and the service has been exceptional. The last time I used the company I did not have a reservation yet they had a car available and I was able to leave the premises with mu rental within about 20/30 minutes. Great service

My dad has been renting cars and suvs from enterprise since 2019 they have great service and wash and fill up your gas tank

Comenzando con la buena atención desde el módulo donde se pide el transporte a la agencia de rentas de autos. El transporte llega rápido, casi en cuanto sales del aeropuerto.
La documentación y pago es muy rápido, lo cual nos ha sorprendido en comparación de otra agencia “amarillo con negro”. En las tres ocasiones que hemos rentado con ellos la experiencia es agradablemente la misma; del mismo modo la entrega del auto, rápida y eficaz. El estado de los vehículos siempre ha sido muy bueno, de hecho, la última renta (febrero 2023) nos tocó ¡un auto nuevo!
Lo único que nos sucedió, que también habla bien de ellos, fue una llanta baja en aire. Tuvimos que cambiarla ya que viajaríamos en carretera y el día de la devolución del auto, la verificación del estado de la llanta fue rapidísimo, ahí mismo antes de seguir con la documentación de devolución, comprobando que fue un clavo. ¿Por qué menciono esto? Pues bien, la agencia “amarillo con negro” verificaba el estado del vehículo ¡en dos días! Lo cual hacía dudar si en verdad era o no nuestra responsabilidad.
La recomiendo y volveremos a rentar con ellos en nuestro próximo viaje :)
