comfy, clean, air conditioning, a fan in case if you are too sensitive for the air conditioning. Hot water yay! close to a store for basic necessities. soap for body/hair, they give also cream/hand soap. They have a pool, and a nice restaurant/bar on the second floor. No pet's

Hotel is very nice, room was small but clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was really good also. Location is a plus, all the main attractions downtown Oaxaca are within walking distance. But the best thing was the service from everyone at the hotel, friendly and helpful staff

A lovely place to stay in Oaxaca! Very helpful staff, great breakfast, festive Christmas decor, comfortable rooms (small by American standards, but it had what we needed), FANTASTIC location. We'll stay here again when we return to Oaxaca!

My stay at Oaxaca Real Hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and AC and hot water were available (both required a little patience). The staff were very helpful, restaurant had good food and the overall aesthetic was lovely. Also extremely well located!

Great service. Hotel is near downtown and lots of attractions. Employees are helpful and kind. They offer free coffee and hot chocolate at am and cold tea and water during the day. Price is fine and rooms are confortable and clean. We spent 5 nights and everything was perfect.

This is a beautiful hotel and I was really happy with our stay here. The surroundings and decor felt luxurious, but also homey. The free cafe de olla and hot chocolate were delicious and a nice touch. Centrally located and offers parking for guests, which is a huge bonus. The restaurant attached to the hotel has good food at reasonable prices, too. We stayed here twice—once for two nights to explore Oaxaca, and another night driving back from Puerto Escondido through Oaxaca to Puebla—and I am glad we did.

Nice place to stay considering the price, location is central and great. Mattress was very comfortable and staff are very accommodating, Air condition worked well. There will be a tv with local channels. Hot water is a bit of a hit and miss but will come if you leave the water running for 5 mins.

Unbelievably great service and beautiful, clean and bug free hotel! SUPER central just blocks from everything. They bent over backwards to help us and accommodate all our requests. Old school charm. IF YOU GO THERE PLEEEESE TIP YOU BELL BOYS AND CLEANING STAFF!!

Moved from a noisy hotel near markets to here. Well staffed and maintained. Very safe neighborhood. Pool was fine. Excellent breakfast included. Individual air conditioner. Ceiling fan. Safe in room. Best part of town/ restaurants. Could not have been happier. Ohio lawyer.

Really good traditional Mexican food with a modern twist. Be sure to make your reservation because even durning not peak season, especially during weekends, the place can be fully booked or rented for a special events. If possible be sure to ask to sit in the terrace. It is really really nice. Be sure to try the tomato salad and the duck tacos.

The food here is amazing - excellent, freshly prepared cuisine. It didn't have huge amounts of atmosphere when we went there, but if you're after a great meal with good service, this is a good spot. Reservations are essential.

What a wonderful place. Exactly what we were looking for to relax for a few days. Exceeded our expectations! The service is top notch and the food is some of the best I've had. The sister restaurant a few blocks away is a must do!!!

Very nice hotel in the centro. No AC and it takes a long time to get hot water if you are showering late at night. The balcony door does a surprisingly good job of blocking the street noise. They have an elevator and wheelchair ramps.

Awesome location awesome showers a/c ceiling fan amazing breakfast buffet with a view. Love it a d highly recommend it. Very central location but far enough from the zócalo/plaza and it's nice and quiet.
