Hello, this is the 2nd time I've rented from Avis in Mexico. First time at Cdmx airport and this time at GDL Airport. I reserved online about 3 months ago and then a few days prior to arriving I paid for the rental car at the "pay now" discounted price. Since I have insurance with my Chase Visa, I didn't have to purchase any other insurance. They had the car ready for me and didn't try to upsell me anything. Even the gas was included in the price. All the staff was friendly and accommodating!

I decided to go with Avis because of the reasonable pricing and car options. Staff was friendly and efficient. There also available 24 hours a day. Great service.

Personal muy atento, buen auto, cerca del aeropuerto, la verdad quede super conforme con mi adquilacion, hice reservacion por internet atravez de rental cars y me respetaron mi reservacion asi como el costo ya pagado no hubo cargos ocultos y disfrute mucho de las vaciones. Gracias AVIS

Excelentísimo servicio calidad, eficiencia y eficacia. Super rápidos tanto en entrega como en devolución. Auto exelente (Malibu 2018) nuevo, además a la devolución me llevaron en una Vann al aeropuerto, en fin Jamás había rentado aquí y quede muy satisfecho los felicito y tienen un cliente más, mil gracias.

muy buen servicio no batalle nada con la reservacion por telefono y cuando fui a recoger el auto fueron muy amables y rapidos . definitivamente volveria a rentar ahi
