The doctors were extremely rude they even scolded my nurse for explaining the test results to me.(just because she was being loudly, it was not! )I found this baffling and inappropriate, especially since the nurse was actively helping me understand my situation. The harsh tones and rude remarks from the doctors made me quite uncomfortable. It was distressing to witness them being so unpleasant and disrespectful towards their staff, including the nurses. This experience has led me to decide never to return to that clinic, as it was an overly stressful environment for me.

Staff has no issue verbally abusing clients. Management needs to work on transparency and directness on explaining scheduling. Receptionists, cleaners AND nurses were yelling at customers, not taking accountability or hearing their concerns.
