Monet Restaurant "Central Tower"

Probably the best (and only) fine dining restaurant in Ulaanbaatar (and Mongolia).the tasting menu was great, with premium ingredients like foie gras, beef tartare, cod fish, and so on. Most were really tasty. The dining experience is further enhanced by the nice view over the city and the soft background music in the restaurant. Will be back for more next time.

Renewed. Interior design totally changed to bar style. Nice food. Every type of cocktails and beverages. Live music. Business lunch price is acceptable. About 12.000 tugrugs.

Definitely among the best restaurants in UB. Professional service and great food plus the best view on Ulaanbaatar. Especially at night. Reasonable prices for this level. I have been there twenty times and will come back another twenty times.

Located at 17th Floor at Central Tower. You can enjoy beautiful view of the Sukhbaatar Square while having food. Place is very clean having nice ambiance and service is quick. Food taste is good. Few vegan options are also there in the menu. Finally althogh its a fine dining restaurant but not too expensive. So overall a must visit restaurant if you are in UB. :)

Rooms rent for $60 a night and include dining table and lounge/couch as well as a private bathroom. Plates range around $15 and are extreme well done French style.

Great quiet and luxury feeling in the early evening. Staff speaks English, playlist with Sinatra and the like, lots of wine to choose from, astonishing views onto the square and city. And as a bonus, there's a piano if you like to freshen up your skills. Lunch menu available from twelve to three, otherwise a la carte until midnight. One course business lunch 17.900 MNT, two course is 21.700 MNT. Really delicious. It was called sky lounge but now it separated into Monet Restaurant and Sky 17 Bar.

Great food. Not that expensive. Nice view (you can't say UB is beautiful.) unexpectedly good.
