The Green zone and the Reef

Nice little place.
Was hungry so wanted my breakfast and something filling so went for an old reliable, an English breakfast with a pot of tea.
Service was fine, and the food came quick enough.

The English breakfast was pretty damn good, albeit the sausages were more Germanic than normal, but as we are far away from old Blighty I wont be complaining too much. It was pretty good fare, and filled me up. Well presented too.

It took a while for the milk to come with the English breakfast tea, but it did come eventually! I don't think they got the memo that you need to drink milk with breakfast tea!

Ordered a local draft beer, and man it was good, very cool, and lovely and refreshing after my breakfast.

I really liked the decor in the place, and they also had a lot of greenery, especially hanging from the ceilings and from above, interesting. Even though it was early the place already had a good vibe and its a chilled out place, without being pretentious.

I liked it here and strongly recommend this as a place to take it easy and relax as the day goes by.

Bill came to just under 9 Euros, which wasnt too bad at all, me thinks.

Really cool place. Staff can speak English very well. Food are tasty. The mood is so unique and free. But plz get here with your friend if you wanna try pizza and beer.

Nice meal of Spicy Chicken Skewers and large order of Nachos for two.

We came here twice in two days, both times were impressed by the delicious food. We got soup, salad, and a burger the first time and they were all superb. Great atmosphere, lots of plants and they have even beanbag chairs in some areas! Neat little spot for sure.

Very good place - has flowers all over the walls, nice design. The dishes are interesting and tasty, vegetarians can also find options.

Variety of fresh food. Green Zone has burgers, pizzas, soups, and salads. Has a very unique atmosphere and very different from a typical Mongolian restaurant.

Best place to meet the young hipster crowd

This is a cafe/bar/restaurant popular with expats, tourists, local hipsters, etc (you know the vibe). It feels like the kind of place you'd find in Berlin or Oakland. Great spot for a date.

Great cozy place for a small gathering with your friends. When you enter the shop you'll be surprised with how spacious it is for how small this place is. A great variety in the menu, pleasant environment: very green, bright and old school. The stairs to the second floor will lead you to the ultimate sip coffee and be lazy zone with bean bags and comforting paintings on the wall.

Lovely little place just off town center. Environment here is warm and friendly. A mostly younger crowd gathers here to eat and hangout. The food is excellent and more than enough choices for all. A nice chill meetup for anyone needing nooks and crannies to relax.

Fabulous beautifully plated food, lots of vegetarian options. Workers and owner are kind. I had a juice, Stilton cheese and apple grilled sandwich, latte, and chocolate brownie cake with ice cream. So relaxing!

Chill place, nice atmosphere. Could use a few more seats. Everytime I visit I order the pizza. Delicious but the size could be bigger.

A "home" away from home in UB. Hosted by a French/Mongolian family, it is a welcoming place to meet both locals and foreigners (about 50/50). Good food and beverages are served at reasonable prices. The place is very lively on weekend evenings. Pictured is the Green Zone's environmentally friendly water supply system!

One of my favorite place to dine in or hangout with friends and loved ones. Friendly, cozy atmosphere and tasty foods.

Great to find this funky place with comfortable atmosphere, nice staff and great variety of food. The chilli con carne was super tasty and even has a dab of dark chocolate in it which made it a winner.
