25 USD for single, 30 USD for double. AC, very clean, hot water, ok water pressure. Window. Bathroom is a walled off section of your room (not enclosed, you hear everything). Wash basin drains into bathroom onto your feet if you are not careful. I believe no wifi, but 4G MPT. This is a decent option if you are fine with the bathroom situation.
