Beautiful hotel built around a huge rock at the reception and in some rooms as well. The staff provides the best service you can find anywhere in the world. 3 stars hotel with 5 stars service. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Restaurant food is superb and service is outstanding. Best hotel to stay at the Golden Rock.

Views from the room is so mysterious. You can watch the sunrise, so beautiful. Make you appreciate more whatever you have around in the room. As it's such a long journey and heavily carried by the local people to the hotel. The breakfast menu is quite limited as the hotel is on the top of the mountain. Delivery is a big issue.

This hotels feels like 4 star and service is 5 stars my opinion. It’s pricy compare to Myanmar standards, however you will get an excellent stay, which worth every penny that you spend. Manager and his crew was exceptional . View from our room was priceless...

The view from this hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced! Rooms were quite dated and plain but in my eyes the view made up for this. ** Make sure you ask for a room looking East, or else you're stuck looking at grass.
Each hallway had a staff member to help if I was locked out or for checkout. The dinner and breakfast buffers were OK.

Pretty good hotel by Myanmar standards. If you were to compare it with the US it's about the same as a decent motel. The scenery is beautiful. Food here is average and expresses westernization with a slight Burmese season. Note: There's a lot of moths here.

A good choice for tourists when visiting the Golden Rock. Small rooms but clean. I would say 3stars level in West Europe. All what's necessary for a stay is there. And the restaurant is also OK. Breakfast according to the predefined menu.

Really really good hotel! I'd totally pay the pricy side considering thr location. Clean as a spec and all rooms hang sunrise view! Restaurant is good as well and they do have vegetarian menu. Be specific

This is a very good hotel around here. I like everything of hotel example the service , the small rooms but full of warm the food are all delicious, so it’s good enough and I highly recommend

It`s very comfortable to stay there if someone wants to visit Golden Rock (Kyaikhteeyoo) Pagoda. The meals are delicious too.

Never been to a hotel with a better view: an awesome panorama of the surrounding mountain range.
