I love it absolutely because the library card charge only 5000 kyats but the facilities are totally great.You can use laptops from Library.You can also charge your phone.There are a lot of English clubs running on Saturday. They are free to join.American center is a unique place for the English language learners.The views and decoration are also tempting for one who is addicted to taking photos.😍😍There are also a lot of forums and workshops to join.I'm sure you won't regret if you have library card of American center with just 5000 kyats.😉😉

American Center is a place where people can learn, explore and access the western cultures. And there is also a great library both electronic version and physical book version.

American Center, It is a good place to study and read book which you want to be. But, American embassy is not a good place to take a vist visa interview for young people. If they don't give a visa approving for any person who has applied to visa, they shouldn't bring the whole money of $160. At least, they refund $100 for customer. As I have ever known, any embassy don't bring any fees from people who didn't get visa approving. Be fair!
