One of the best hotels for a staycation.
The best thing about the place is that you can bring your pets together with you.

Beautifully located directly at the Inya Lake. Lovely for walks along the lake for sunset.
Spacious and clean rooms with balcony.
Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff.
Nice pool with a pool bar/restaurant.
Away from the noisy Yangon life and traffic, it is like a quiet and peaceful oasis . Therefore we had a good and quiet night time sleep.

Food and breakfast was also very good. Breakfast buffet with Asian and Western dishes. Delicious baked goods.

We are looking forward to our next visit.

Lake side location of famous Inya Lake in Yangon, Myanmar. As we can say one of the heritage places and buildings of the city. The building is older than us. The hotel is famous for the wedding reception and banquet. The dinner hosted by wedding couple was so great and had a wonderful atmosphere

Recommendation goes for those who wanna have wedding dinner. Spacious enough to hold 100+ depending on how you wanna set up. The one I went in photos are for retro theme dinner so, the vibe check ticked. Staff are responsive enough so, recommend for that too.

One of the oldest hotels in the city. The hotel beats all others with its great location beside the lake. The property itself is sprawling and landscaped along the edge of the lake. They have a great path along the lake which is incredible for a sunset walk. The hotel also has a wide range of rooms which are spacious and comfortable. Staff are professional and warm. The restaurant serves a great brunch which is a thing to do for foreigners living in the city along with an afternoon by the pool with some beers.

I spent a quarantine in İnya Lake Hotel in January 2022 and it was good. The furniture in my suite was a bit older but comfortable and I really liked huge loggia: it was almost terrace-sized, but with a ceiling above. Superconvenient for rainy season and I think I've never seen such large loggia before. I wish I have a balcony like that at my home 🙂 Food was really nice and service was excellent. Only slight inconvenience was, that at least the quarantine stays were paid in cash only and I couldn't withdraw any cash once I was quarantined so I had to call my friends and colleagues and borrow the money. After all my stay there was as good as quarantine could ever be.

Totally blown away during my first stay in the year 2018, serene lake surrounding the hotel with lots & lots of greener place. Rooms are quite spacious, rich entrance with complete wooden flooring. Quite a decent food at the restaurant, I have been there again in 2019, Most memorable experience,

It's one of the very few hotels that is near water (lakes) in Yangon and it's a great place for relaxing. However food is just mehh 😕. Just normal, nothing good nor bad. However, the view on the other hand is great 👍

Nice hotel, very friendly and hospitable staff, quite and spacious place with stunning view. Although some may said that the hotel is quite outdated, I think it accurately is classy, a magnificient hotel with more than 60 years.
The sole minus point is that there is only one key for a room, therefore, it is quite hard to share room with an other roommate.
But overall, it is really great.

Great location. Specially perfect tennis court n big pool. All Staff are very kind n helpful. Remembering from pool's staff Kyaw Zin Myo and Nyan Lin Aung are very cleaver n helpful to guests! Thanks😊

Spacious, comfortable, calm, with lots of old wood and some antique objects and designs. It has a dignity and style of the old days. Clean well run, gentle place by the lake.
Lobby is lovely, nice place to hang out for a coffee and read and meet people.
Park-like grounds and old trees.
Vintage style place.

There’s large compound,room and we can get fresh air and l natural lighting.
I prefer the time when I walk around the Inya Lake side.

7 days Quarantine food was the best I have had in quarantine with a daily choice. Good WiFi spacious room with big balcony. Will come again.

I am working Inya Lake Hotel office last three year ago. One of Chinese Mining Co. open there office at Inya Lake Hotel. So they engaged me as Consultant Geologist more than one year. Every day I can enjoy Break fast and lunch in our office dinning room. Satisfied.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Excellent food, good size bedrooms, great pool bar, gorgeous gardens, the staff wants to please you. My favourite hang out spot.

I am sad today because I had to leave the hotel....I booked a junior suit for two days...Everything was perfect...The view, humble staff, food was awesome and a very wide range for breakfast. Felt a connection with everything...Will definitely come again...

Best hotel in Yangon , great restaurant and relaxing pool , bare in mind the hotel is away from the city centre but not a big deal as local bus or taxi will take you there in less than 30 min , superb breakfast and location . Amazing restaurants in close proximity . Inya will take you back in time when the Russians ruled the world .
