Very close to Maya Bagan Hostel! Great service, food and price!

We ordered the chicken coconut curry, lentil soup and eggplant salad! Our waiter even brought us fresh-out-of-the-oven baguette to try :)

Excelent service and very good dinner.
The quality of the food is incredible.
I will recommend the roadted chicken and the avocado salad.
The home made bread is also very good.
The fish is good also.

Delicious food. Great service. Mainly caters to the tourist crowd but the food was still very good.

Like any place you eat there are different options and with each the flavor will be different. I suggest you try something local. Specifically the Breaded Butterfish, this dish is amazing. Also the smoked fish from the appetizer menu is also quite flavorful.

Friendly staff and good service. Food was very nice. One of the most expensive restaurant in new bagan but i will sure come back.

Probably one of the best fish curries I had in Myanmar! Lovely decorated with homemade bread and refreshing mango lemonade. Oh and not expensive :-)

Chef's chicken curry was amazing! The best food in 4 months of travelling in SE Asia. I also got free homemade bread.

Just a wonderful family run place in New Bagan. The food is absolutely outstanding and so is the service! Just excellent. We went there 3 days in a row, cause it is so amazing. They do fresh lemonade with no sugar added and fruit juices.
Also the waiter speaks fluent English.

We went to this place twice during our stay in Bagan: that’s how much we loved it here! The food is authentic and delicious, and their homemade bread was super nice too. And without a doubt their Rakhine fish curry was insanely good, you have to try it. The owner was super friendly and attentive. I am most definitely going to miss this restaurant when I leave Myanmar!

This place is a bit hidden and I was the only one there since I went at an usual time (3:30pm-ish), but the guys made sure I got the best service they could offer!
Very delicious food and I was also given homemade bread with butter as an appetizer.
Medium to high priced for Myanmar standards, but this place is definitely recommended!

Very pleased to have visited this place while in New Bagan. Family owned restaurant- sister is making salads, brothers are cooking and taking care of customers.
Their service was just delightful and the same can be said about the food.
We had Tea leaf salad, Chicken salad, Rakhaine fish curry and Chicken curry, and enjoyed all of them (fish curry was excellent).

Starbeam bistro (2) located beside moon (1) outside of old bagan heading towards Nyaung-U was awesome. Amazing staff! Great food. Prices were good for the proximity to temples and of neighbouring restaurants. We had the lentil soup (so good probably the best I’ve ever had) avocado and citrus salad (also phenomenal) and the chef special chicken curry ( amazing flavours but I had to get extra spice on side as I love my spice.) nice serene place with hanging vines and puppets, go here for good food and beautiful setting!

Purely fantastic. I had a late dinner and was served by Bo (Bobo), who was exceptional-- he was thoroughly attentive, he spoke english well, and he was incredibly kind as well as trained very well in fine dining skills.

The food was incredible. I had a avocado salad which was amazingly fresh with citrus and papaya and it was just fantastic. My main course was the chefs special chicken curry, which was zero disappointment either... It had the perfect notes of flavour and was mild for those who dont like heat, but was given chili to spice things up as-needed.... paired with the fresh house-made bread and REAL butter (which i hadnt experienced for weeeeks of being in asia, i was amazingly pleased), it was an all-around incredible candle-lit dining experience and i can not recommend enough.

Amazing curry with prawn! Spicy but really flavourful. Comes with a good portion of white rice. Although, service is slow.
