Away from the noisy car horns of downtown Yangon, you can enjoy delicious food and the sound of birds.

I booked a business lunch with my boss and colleagues recently at Le Planteur and everything was excellent!
From the well-appointed private room to the very enjoyable fixed lunch menu everything was perfect. All of my guests really enjoyed the meal, very attentive waiters, waitresses and sommelier (who took my wine upon arrival and chilled it).

I would have no reservations, pun intended, about recommending Le Planteur to anyone planning a lunchtime break with friends and/or colleagues.

We had a 40 pax staff party and we were treated like royalties! The food was perfect, nicely balanced choice of wines, Le Planteur's waiters are all perfectly styled and trainer, what a pleasure! And the bill was reasonable, in proportion with the treatment we enjoyed. I absolutely recommend when there's an event to celebrate

This restaurant is located in an heritage colonial house facing Inya lake, downstairs for casual dining and upstairs fine dining. The food menu is minimal but the dishes are excellent, with a very smooth combinations of ingredients and taste; the wine list is superb and the atmosphere is unique.

The Fathers day Tasting menu was delicious and at a good price with a wonderful Wellington beef.

This is the premier French restaurant in Rangoon. They have their own private bay on the water. The setting is an old colonial home and gardens. The home is luxurious and the gardens are exquisite. Even the toilets are like stepping into luxury.
The food is Michelin-class in presentation, delivery, and taste. The only downside are the mosquitoes that cannot be avoided. So spray yourself or larger up the cream to keep from becoming the main meal.
The tables are spaced so that each group has privacy of conversation while not appearing to be isolated. They have ample parking and security in the parking lot.

Home to home. After 6 years since leaving Myanmar, back for a few days and our first place to go was. Le Planteur and great to see some of the people who were working there at the time still there, service is great and the food

Good location at inyar lake with cool view. Green landscaping and ancient furnature collection has peaceful environment. Dishes are expensive and portion size is small. But worth to spent time and money

Cosy & Romantic ambience. You can choose to dine by the lake side watching the swans or to dine in the room. Food is very well present and of course is delicious as well. They also have a wine cellar in the basement whereby you can have the wine tasting... will definitely return if we visit Yangon again.

Great lunch menu and ambience. Food plated really professionally and the taste was excellent. Service provided was great but waiters can be more responsive at times.

The best place in town. Very good Bistro menu. Chef Christophe and his team will guide you all along your journey at Le Planteur.

Love love love the place! So romantic as well! Price is a bit high but foods were delicious. They got bunnies as well and lovely view!

Came for Sunday brunch. What a beautiful place next to the lake!
Service is good, but most of time they are busy. Just need to remind them on your orders.

Wanted to have beef and fish steak after massage nearby but upon arrival learned that lunch menu is over. So accept the high tea menu and to our surprise it was fantastically good. Price is reasonable for us.

Simply amazing view, amazing ambient, amazing food & amazing service. I think the best Fine Dining experience you can enjoy in Yangon!

i love this place so much if you wanna sip the nice tea with afternoon set you will love to join this place btw there are nice designed souvenir shop inside to shop also

The most tasteful wine in Myanmar are here. Their storage system is perfect. They always care the temperature for the best wine. The location is beside the Inya Lake, so you can feel the beauty of lake-view. You also can see the modified ancient-car here and it still working.
If you would invite your girlfriend to Le Planteur, I strongly suggest you to have dinner with candle light at the lake side.😉
