Royal Flower Guest House

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as nice as possible. They all spoke excellent English and were so kind and caring towards me. Huge comfy bed in the double room, air con was great, shower was fine. Breakfast for 2000 was toast and jam, fried egg, tea, coffee and fruit. Laundry was a bit expensive but same day service so no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms was clean and comfortable, the price was cheap... But the most awesome thing in this place is the owner and his family! They were so kind and helpful, the owner waste all his day for me to help me find a lawyer, and they gave us to do very late chack out just because we didn't know What is our next move. Without any complains.
When you go there you have to meet Owen the owner sun. He is the smartest and cutest kid you will ever met.

Lovely!! Great stay,so good we rearranged plans to stay longer. Great host, brilliant English and so took us on tours and showed us all great sights. Wouldn't have enjoyed the area as much without help of our host. Clean and tidy with great breakfast. Roof top area great for relaxing and chatting to new friends

Amazing and friendly staff! They were such an accommodating family, and they made sure to sit with us with a map upon arrival and explained to us where to go on the city. The room itself is very quaint and just what you need.. hot water and a comfy big bed!

Great place to stay, had an excellent price for a twin bed room. Good place to get some sleep while on the long road to Hsipaw. The reception gave a great dinner recommendation. Free coffee, fruit and bread in the morning

Great Guesthouse! The staff are beyond nice and their 3 year old is so cute and speaks English. They gave me a very discounted rate for a single. Aircon strong. Hot shower. Clean. Good location. Wifi okay but its Myanmar.

The Royal Flower is great. The Most friendly and helpful owner Ko Ko is so lovely and helpful with all the professional organised trekking trips of all types. The rooms are simple and sufficient but fantastic value, you will be very pleased with your stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for another stay soon.

My stay was simply great. The stuff was very helpful and they all speak great English. They have a nice
terrace to spend the afternoon just chilling watching sunset. The room was clean and well equipped!! I couldn't recommend more this hotel, best one in Pyon oo lwin!!

Staff were amazing and breakfast was good. Rented bikes and saw the garden. Highly recommended to visit this town and hotel. Showers were amazing at night but cold in the morning.

Staff were very friendly with lots of advice. Their English was very good. They had a fire every night where the guests joined them, handed out free ginger tea.

Nice place with rooftop. The owners are very helpful and nice.
No breakfast was novelty in Myanmar, but that's what helps keep the price low.

Great place to stay, cheap, clean, hot water, A/C, friendly staff. No breakfast, but good restaurants close by. Car parking is on the street. Will stay here again.

We loved this place and thier staff! Refillable water station. Extremely kind and knowledge staff. Atomsphere felt like we were family.

The thing that stands out the most is the customer service. The guy who runs the place speaks excellent english and all of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely return here.
