It is a must see if you decide to visit Mrauk u. There are many temples and stupa where you just wall around or see from.distamce or climb up to them but this one is a big one which you also can enter and walk around inside and see all the Buddha statues and as me who were here at rain season, hide from the rain storm!

This is a evidence of Arakan Kingdom. The structure and architecture of this temple is very interesting. It is worth to be in the record of the UNISCOO. It is worth to spend time here and to study about the Religion of the Arakan Kingdom. Local people are very friendly and they are keen to explain about the history of the temple.

My favourite tample in stone city, Mrauk U.It is the great tample with massive walls and spiral like passway inside the tample.

A must see among the temples. Wonderful spiral interior tunnel, lined with large Buddhas, that ends in a central interior chamber with natural light.

ထုက္ကံသိမ်ပုထိုးတော်ကြီးက​တော့ နန်း​တော်ကုန်းရဲ့​မြောက်ဘက်၊ ရှစ်သောင်းပုထိုးတော်ကြီးရဲ့အ​နောက်ဘက်နားမှာ တည်ရှိပါတယ်။ ဘုရားဒါယိကာ​ဖြစ်တဲ့ ဘုရင်မင်းဖလောင်းဟာ အေဒီ (၁၅၇၁) ခုနှစ်မှာ တည်ထားခဲ့တာလို့ သိရပါတယ်။
ဘုရားသမိုင်းအကျဥ်းအရ ဘုရင်မင်းဖ​​လောင်းဟာ "အိမ်အို ကျားကန် ပြည်အို ထုက္ကန်" ဆိုတဲ့ တဘောင်အရ မြို့အကာအကွယ်အဖြစ် တည်ထားခဲ့တာမို့ "ထုက္ကံသိမ်ပုထိုး​​တော်ကြီး"လို့ခေါ်တွင်ခဲ့တာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
