Boutique Orange

We visited here on Dec 21st around 2pm, and there was a lady at the store. She definitely needs more customer service training. Very unfriendly and doesn't explain details we need to know. She didn't provide a receipt for the service we purchased. However, the store was clean. We went to another Orange store on 2 Mars boulevard and the person there was very knowledgeable.

The worst client service ever, being an Orange client I asked the lady with hijab working there this morning, if she had a needle in order to change my SIM card. She was so rude saying she didn’t have it. First of all all stores should have such thing, second of all remember you are at a service desk for Orange clients.

Bad bad bad bad experience ! Avoid this place at all cost !

J'étais dans ce magasin le 10 août vers 15h. Il y avait deux filles assises et qui parlaient, j'ai demandé de l'aide pour retirer la carte Orange de mon téléphone mobile qui ne fonctionnait pas. La fille qui était devant l'ordinateur, très grossière et amère, n'était pas capable de dire bonjour et la seule chose qu'elle savait répondre était "NON".

On ai le 10/03/2024 15:47 la boutique est fermer et sur le site ces mentionner ouverte

Sono le 10h00 e ancora non é aperto e ci sono delle persone che aspettano davanti al negozio.
