This is a small window into the kind of accommodation you can expect when booking with this agency. Disgusting and they remain silent to my complaint and request for a refund. ( May I add, no sheets, no towels, no soap, no electrical outlets that worked, blankets that reeked of BO.

May I add that Viator (the company that hires independent providers such as this ) has also remained silent beyond offering a mere $30 compensation. Terrible customer service so buyer beware.
