Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are very comfort. The entrance looks old but the rooms, beds and interior woow. Only one issue is the hotel didn't provide the electric plug for US to Euro convert.

Our stay at Hotel Marriott Fes was exceptional, largely thanks to Lynda, the incredible receptionist. Her warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. Located in the heart of the new town, this prestigious, well-maintained and very well-equipped hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is incredibly warm and available. The food is excellent. Thank you to the whole team.

Everything amazing
Quite central with a lot of show around and inside the hotel too.
Beautiful decor, ambiant same.
Service was way above what I expect we already stayed in 5star hotel but not even close to the service here.
I stayed with wife and daughter for a quick business trip.
Everyone at the attention of me my wife and baby I did not expect for a so welcoming environment, from driver that can pick you from airport to concierge, valet, receptionist they all with no exception provide a 5star service.
I definitely will come back and recommend.
1 small but really small details that is to be review by hotel, is no contactless payment.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fatima, the receptionist at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient, making my check-in a breeze. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism were truly outstanding. Fatima's excellent service contributed to a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Our experience in the hotel was really great Lynda did help us through our stay and give us all the information we needed, the restaurant was really tasteful we really like all the food we didn’t expect to find this kind of service, we are really grateful thanks for lynda. we would really recommend it to our friends.

The people make this place. You feel home and taken care of. From the masseuse Salwa to the receptionists Toufik and Manal.. let’s not forget the bartenders and even the DJ in Kareoke night.. everyone just want to serve you with a smile. I will definitely come

I came to Fez Marriott on a conference for 6 days. I’d like to commend on Youssra who was cleaning and taking care of my room.
Her excellent service, polite attitude and above all her willingness to attend to any request . I am a very fussy person by nature when it comes to hygiene and I must emphasize that the bathroom was spotlessly cleaned not to mention the bedding with fresh crispy sheets were just so comforting after a long day of sessions at the conference.
Thank you and I will always stay at Marriott Fés again. .

I wanted to Thank both Fatima Zahra from Receptionist and Customer relations for helping with an amazing stay. They have definitely accommodated us to the best of our requests. I will definitely be back in the future.

This hotel is a gorgeous property with beautiful gardens and the service of the staff is impeccable. We used a suite night upgrade and they gave us a gorgeous two room suite that was the height of luxury. The gold and black interiors were stunning and I felt like I was in the most luxurious of environments. The Italian restaurant, Eat, serves delicious food. And the breakfast buffet is so yummy.
Out of my four cities that I stayed at on this trip, this hotel was the highlight.

The Marriott staff is wonderful. We were taken back by the hospitality and made us feel so safe and comfortable. The hotel interior is beautiful!! The restaurants have delicious and different options and the Marriott experience was part of our memorable first-time in Fez, Morocco. We definitely recommend it.

Rooms are very spacious! Pool is very large and relaxing! Wonderful and luxurious lobby, shops, and restaurants!

the hotel & room is for sure dated, but dated in a good way- this is a 5-star hotel full of old world charm, but the AC is very well functioning and the Wifi is good. Service & location is impeccable. Breakfast is adequate, and the hotel restaurant is fabulous in every way. A beautiful property in Ville Nouvelle. Very convenient: parking is available and safe; there is an ATM in house.

Beautiful, western-style hotel. Location isn’t the most convenient to the Medina, but it’s a resort unto itself.

Hidden gem in Fes. I was greeted with a smile, the team at the reception ( Khaoula and Rania) were the kindest people I met in Fes. Their hospitality and attention to detail is world class. If you wish to be treated like royalty, this is the place to stay

visiting it for devoxx event, pretty organized and hotel staff are great, overall view and atmosphere are good and food(lunch) is not great not terrible, sweets are great though

The hotel is beautiful. The suite was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. The exercise facility is professional class. The breakfast buffet was bountiful. The restaurants were excellent. The staff members went out of their way to be of service. I wish I could have stayed longer.
