It was a dream come true to stay in the old city, in an actual riad. Aziman has a view of the hills and the kasbah. My room was on the third level, just below the rooftop terrace. Amazing.

You will need help with your bags, getting from the cab to the B&B. Phone ahead and let Abdul do the talking for you, so your driver has their bearings. You'll be met at the taxi rank and be assisted from there.

The staff are friendly, multilingual, informative and amazingly helpful, with bags and guidance, and assistance with haggling, transport and site seeing. The bed, fixtures, breakfast, coffee and facilities were just perfect for me.

The management have done a great job saving this piece of Tetouan history with a tasteful, attractive and authentic renovation.

Abdul was just a star. He helped me with everything from sorting out my dodgy taxi driver, to my bags and transport and showing me the Medina.

I loved it. Rooms have hot water, private shower and loo, wifi. and power for your appliances. Don't expect air con. If you need air con, then this isn't for you.

I loved Riad Aziman. Tetuan is a city in which when I started looking, I was having a hard time finding that kind of accommodation that I like, since the city is traditional and Riads are mostly quite ornate from the point of view of decoration, so I was delighted to find this space, which is simple lines and nothing ornate.

I saw photos of one of the rooms (it was the one I finally stayed in) and loved that modern touch in a traditional Moroccan home. The room was comfortable and spacious with a bathroom inside. I also really liked how it was decorated.

There are four other rooms in the Riad and at all times I felt the space like home. In the living room there is a small fountain with that characteristic soothing sound of water from Andalusian patios.

The Riad is super cozy and Obaida and Fatima are two excellent hosts who took care of every detail to make my stay perfect. I also chatted with Stefan, the owner of the Riad, who was equally approachable and charming.

The rooftop terrace of the Riad is wonderful and has spectacular views and even a Jacuzzi-pool that lights up at night in different colors making this space especially pleasant. There is also a Hamman in this area.

It felt like a nice and intimate home. It is perfectly located in the Medina and very close to all the places that Tetuan locals will name you as a reference so you don't get lost ;)

If you let the Riad know the time of your arrival, they will pick you up where the cab drops you off and escort you to the space.

I highly recommend this Riad when you visit Tetouan. If I go back to Tetouan, I will repeat. In the narrow streets around the Riad you have souks and stalls with all the curious stores you can think of and you can go back a few hundred years in time. All very unique.

Book this Riad to feel at home!

Ein Geheimtipp für Menschen, die das Besondere lieben. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, fantastischer Bewirtung und Service, elegantes und ästhetisches Wohnen auf 4 Etagen mit Wellnesspool und Sauna. Dabei ist das Haus eine Ruheoase mitten im marokkanischen bunten Leben der Altstadt von Tetouan.

Solo tiene un problemas y es que el inodoro está sin separación con el resto de la habitación.
Por lo demás, todo genial. Personal muy atento y servicial.
Desayuno marroquí muy copioso y bueno.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Tetouan et le Riad Aziman a beaucoup contribué à cela. En effet en dehors du fait qu’il jouisse d’une belle situation géographique, la décoration et le confort en font un lieu très agréable. Magnifique salle de bains en Tadelakt, objets artisanaux et pour agrémenter le tout jacuzzi et sauna sur le toit terrasse. Tout ceci avec une mention spéciale à Fatima et sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour à Tetouan! Fatima et Abdul sont géniaux, ils nous ont aidés dans toutes nos aventures. Très aimable et chaleureux, je recommande fortement le Riad Aziman pour un séjour à Tetouan. On se sent à la maison dans ce riad, il a une âme et est plein de vie, on s’y sent bien et on pourrait y passer toute la journée sans même visiter Tetouan. A noter qu’il peut y avoir un peu de bruit pendant la nuit / au matin mais ça ne nous a vraiment pas dérangé. Merci tout le monde :D

Un riad magnifique et magique au cœur de la médina historique de Tetouan. Un riad où l’on sent toute la chaleur, l’élégance et le charme marocain dans toute sa splendeur. Un cadre digne des milles et une nuit.

Le riad propose 4 grandes chambres pour s’y installer le temps de votre séjour. Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et ouvertes sur le centre du riad. Les équipements et installations sont très bien entretenus, tout comme le riad en question.

Sur le toit du riad, vous y trouverez une grande terrasse avec une petite piscine et un sauna finlandais. Tout est fait en sorte à ce que vous passiez vos plus belles vacances. Vous aurez aussi la vue sur les collines et les montagnes qui entourent la ville de tetouan.

Mention spéciale à Fatima qui est l’âme de ce riad. Sans elle, le riad ne serait pas celui qu’on vous décrit. Fatima est une personne chaleureuse et avec un grand coeur, qui est toujours là pour vous aider et vous servir.

Un grand merci pour cette expérience inoubliable. A recommander !

Eind februari verbleven we enkele dagen in Riad Aziman, wat een parel in het midden van de medina.
We hebben er genoten, van de rust, de luxe, kortom van een heerlijk verblijf,mede ook door Fatima die ons elke ochtend verwende met een heerlijk ontbijt, wat een schat van een vrouw.
Wij komen zeker terug!

הגג בריאד כולל גקוזי (המים היו קרים, לכן לא השתמשנו בו).
הנוף מהגג מדהים ו ופינות הישיבה מאוד נעימות למנוחה.

Un posto magnifico nel centro della Medina di Tetouan. Dove si può sentire la vera accoglienza del Marocco e soprattutto quella del nord, grazie ai proprietari che hanno messo il loro tocco moderno a questa casa antica , e la signora Fatima che vi cura offrendo dei bei piatti ( su richiesta ) per non parlare della colazione abbondante.
Posto molto pulito e curato . Non troppo lontano dal mare ( solo 15 minuti di macchina) ,e dalle montagna da una vista panoramica eccezionale.
Complimenti ,consigliato per una esperienza magica .

Bien accueillir de la part de Madame Fatima. qui était disponible et agréable durant tout notre séjour avec mes 2 enfants et ma femme , sans oublier ces plats magnifiques typiques marocain bien sûr .un endroit magnifique en plein ville de Tétouan au milieu du marché typique de la ville, une grande terrasse panoramique sur les montagnes de Tétouan. 10 minutes de voiture pour y arriver à la mer.
