Lors de mes visites récentes au Carrefour Market Californie, une ombre plane invariablement sur le moment du passage en caisse : une désorganisation palpable. Malgré une sélection variée de produits qui mérite reconnaissance, le service client, spécifiquement aux caisses, laisse à désirer. Les caissières semblent dépassées, ne répondant pas aux demandes avec l'attention ou l'amabilité attendue. Ce manque de professionnalisme contraste fortement avec l'efficacité habituelle de l'enseigne.
