Je fais rarement appel à ce bureau de poste,hier pour une lettre recommandée vers la France j'ai attendu 45 mn et j'ai dû abandonner pour me rendre au bureau CCP tour hassan Rabat. Une heure 20mn d'attente. Un seul guichet qui fonctionne sur 5 existants pour toutes opérations de banque, courrier etc...Services lamentables àla vitesse de la tortue.Est ce que les responsables sont conscients de ce qui se passe?

Insanely poor service. Not recommended at all.
When you go on, you take your ticket and wait but the screens where numbers display are very dim and there is no sound guidance to know when it's your tour and in which desk.
Some people enter and go straight to the desks and may be served without ticket!

Les gens font la queue dans les files d'attente de  torture. Les employés ont besoin d'être pluuuuuuuus actifs.
Ils perdent du temps inutilement !!
