I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel while attending a professional training, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in terms of service and cuisine. The staff was top-notch, and the dishes were an absolute delight.

Hotel in great area near the coast, tram and in the consulat area. Has place to stow the luggage, nice bar and friendly staff, especially the guy in the bar. Good experience!

We spent four extraordinary nights. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. We went several times to the hotel restaurant and we loved tasting the variety of typical Moroccan dishes, all delicious. The hotel workers were charming and helpful, especially the receptionist, Soukaina, very friendly and hard-working. We will return to the hotel. Thank you!

It's an amazing place I have stayed on any of my travels! It's an absolutely beautiful Hôtel Mercure Rabat Sheherazade, the detail everywhere is stunning. The staff are such a genuinely lovely group of people who really take care of you and are always happy to chat or help out with anything you need. The breakfasts were wonderful. The location is great, I travelled with my friend so we booked the room with the option of beds which was ideal for us. Everything about it is perfection and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rabat above all other accommodation options. I can't wait to return someday

Great location, great value, and great staff. Clean rooms w reliable internet. Breakfast/Lunch is prepared fresh and good selection (thanks to Choukri the chef!). Zeineb is great to work with if you are booking for business or hosting groups. Staff will go out of their way to make this a problem-free stay. Will come again!

I recently stayed at the Mercure Sheherazade and turned out to be the perfect choice.
The hotel is very conveniently located Close to many attractions and public transport.
Excellent accommodation: fresh spotless and well-equipped rooms,, comfy beds, quite air con, all amenities , nice toiletries , excellent Wi-Fi.
The food was also of a very high quality with a good choice at breakfast
Excellent customer service and outstanding hospitality at the front desk as well as restaurant. The staff was very attentive, professional and not intrusive.
The manager was very caring, efficient and professional. I was impressed by her courtesy.
It is clear that there is meticulous care and dedication to excellence in service at the Mercure Sheherazade. I highly recommend it.
