English review: Finally, I found a place in Morocco that sold me booze during R. I walk in, but don't see any booze, but I see a big white door in the back next to their butcher counter; this has to be their cellar. I found an employee, but he didn't speak English, so he got another guy who was wearing normal clothes and he asked for my passport.

I felt like I was living during prohibition; I think he took a photo of my passport, then he took me to the big white door. He opened it to unveil a huge room with bottles and bottles of booze. For some reason, he wouldn't turn on the lights, so I had to use my cellphone flashlight while he stood there not speaking English. I picked out 4 things, and he started taking photos of them, ok. Then he motions for me to do something, I think it's time to pay. Nope, he wants me to put all this booze in my backpack, so no one in the store sees me walking out with it. We walk back to the entrance where the cashier is and he takes out his phone to scan the photos he took of the barcodes, again, so no religious fanatics see him selling an American booze. I bought an extra liter for my suitcase, because we're flying to Istanbul on the 2nd and they allow tourists to bring in 1L of hard liquor. They take discover card, but it's probably easier to pay in cash. Thanks for operating your business as you should during R. 👍

Rares commandes dans cette supérette, mais pour ma part, la personne qui s'est occupée de moi a été très efficace pour la compréhension de cette derniere, et surtout livraison en un temps record...👍

Sa fait un 1 an que j’habite à casablanca exactement à ghauthier,je suis l’un des fidèles clients à se super marché mais parfois le service clientèle n’est pas au niveau aucun traitement de demande si tu fais pas le tour du super marché pour repérer le produit qui t’intéresse est sa c’est ennuient à part le caissier nour dine qui est là à l’attente même si son poste est caissier, Ainssi le fromagier, Que je sais pas son nom, Mais je me rappelle bien de ses yeux de couleur verte (très dynamique )

Very bad customer service.
Yesterday I bought a few items one of them was a jam jar. Once home, I tried opening the jar, it didn’t make the pop sound which means it was already open. The texture and smell of the jam was off, tried tasting it, it was off putting, everything was pointing out to the jar being already opened and sitting on the shelf for a while. I took it back to the store for a change or refund, which they refused. They were also rude and making up all kind of reasons that would make me come back change a 20 dhs jam jar.
Btw, this happened at Bourgogne store, but they are not on the map for me to leave a review. So here you go, I will pay more attention to jars next time, but I will also never go back to any of this retailers stores anymore.

I have been living near this den for over 18 years. The commerce is based mainly on alcohol. And for that reason, they raise the alcohol prices almost once every month without anybody from the authorities to check that - bribery oblige and Muslim country oblige.
Besides, they don't put prices on other regular shelf goods, you only know the price when you check out.
This den ought to be closed down. Better burnt down!

High price,hidden price, wrong price, any strange thing you meet in this shop, is to get more money from you in an unpleasant way. Bad experience.
