Hôtel Majestic

We were dubious to stay here after reading several negative reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised! We had a great stay, the room was lovely and spacious, great bed, perfectly clean. Staff were lovely and helpful, giving us extra towels and carrying our bags etc. The breakfast was also really good :)

P.S Thank you to Mohammed, our butler, he was very friendly and helpful.

A couple things to mention:
- The elevator felt a little unsafe, old and dimly lit.
- There were renovations going on, with a smell of paint throughout the hallways.
- The shower seemed to change heat by itself.

All things considered, for this price, it was an incredible stay and we really enjoyed it. We would stay again.

Rooms were need to more clean. But breakfast was awesome. Specially the receptionist guy and the owner of the Hotel were very cooperative. I would love to stay again

When the One hotel casablanca canceled our booking without notice.. I came to this hotel and i loved the service here.... amazing staff... loved the person who was at the reception at 3.00am who actually welcomed both of us with a big smile both nights we stayed..gave the best service.....amazing customer service and it was better than the so called 5 star one hotel casablanca.....

Best service. The employees here are very kind and helpful. Especially Aicha, her Msemen is perfect and she is Nice.

I liked my stay. Great location at a busy street close to the tram, and you can take a nice walk from here through the Medina to the Mosque and see a good piece of Casa. Super nice and welcoming people. Rooms perhaps a bit outdated but clean.

It was perfect comparing to our expectations

the hotel was clean comparing to comments we saw in booking reviews, hotel is same as we saw in pictures.
on our arrival we understood that the hotel was renewed and the pictures in google maps are old, now the hotel is same as in pictures, clean, good service, breakfast was excellent, buffet contained so good food

The hotel itself its a very good place near of marketplaces and facilities with comfy bedroom, my only problem that was night parties in the restaurant near the hotel so my sleep couldn't easygoing.

100 years old, spacious room, excellent value

Nice staff, good price, good breakfast, good location, daily cleaning, mini bar, beautiful art in the reception area.
Recommendation for hotel management:
Just out one plug more for charging electronical devices. Thank you and see you next time

To be honest I don't understand it why people are complaining at the reviews, it might be part of the past but regarding our recent experince everything was almost perfect! AC is working, hot water was there, they clean daily, the mangement and staff were nice and welcoming. I highly recommend and would come again for sure.

Great location, clean room , good breakfast, great value for money. It's my 5th time there.

I Highly recommended This hotel their doing their best to serve clients the Most comfort , close to most cool locations, The staff member are very nice very professional, the manager speaks well English and others languages you won’t have issue .

The room and bathroom were clean. I'm happy with what I paid for the night I stayed here.
