I've used Avis a lot for car hire and this was probably the best experience I have had with them.
Customer service was excellent on both pick up and arrival. They even text me just to ensure I was still on track to pick up at the noted time.
Like with everywhere in Morocco there is a high deposit but upon return with no problems the deposit was cancelled without any issues.
All round perfect car hire experience.
Always worth using reputable car hire brands over the super cheap deals you see from other companies.

Great service. Very helpful and understanding. Especially Aya was great. The tire of our rented car was slashed overnight, and we had to leave the city that day to continue our travels. Since it was Sunday everywhere were closed including the tire services. Aya arranged us a new car to swap in 2 hours so that we could continue with our travel. She is a legend! She was very friendly, and professional throughout the process. We can't thank enough to her and the Avis family. Had a great, smooth travel thanks to them.

Great place, car was clean and the service was outstanding, the return too all documents were scanned and email straight after.

Good experience, the staff is truly helpful and kind. Anass recomended gave us some tIps and offered us the mobile WiFi wich believe le its a must in marocco. I taruly recommend all get the full insurance as roadways arent always in good conditions, animals crossing the road and lots of donkey carriages.
