Gite Azoul

Away from all the tourists. The owner is the most nice person you’ll meet during your stay in Maroc. He can provide everything you want (we bought a nice berber carpet with his help) and the room and breakfast are good. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for five days, the owners are such lovely people! They provided 3 meals a day in addition to our accommodation. Each dinner was different than the last and always amazing! Lecan is also a great guide, we did a day hike with him and had an amazing experience.

I cam through this place while looking for a place where to have my lunch. I found the owner, a very welcoming person and I spent the whole afternoon just chatting with him. He is so welcoming. A true example of Moroccan hospitality. He is an enthusiast trekker so he may guide to discover the area, which is stunning if you like nature. .

We (group of three) stayed at Gite Azoul in mid-April 2018 and we were very happy with what we got for the 125DH per person: A shared room/dorm with basic beds/mattresses, a tajine for dinner and a good breakfast, a shared bathroom and warm water for washing in the morning.

While the guest house is basic, the location and the view is stunning. Best of all was the hospitality we received: we felt very much welcome and the owner was very attentive and considerate. Communication was possible in French.

We would stay at Gite Azoul again, anytime.

I've been in many gites and this has the most comfortable sitting room with a beautiful view over the valley. 125 dirham per persongot us 3 good meals and a basic room with comfortable beds and hot water shower. It is suprisingly warm in the winter.

We were able to hitchhike from another town though there isn't much traffic on the paved road to here.

A lovely place, a wonderful and caring Touda. We came to see Touda's handmade rugs and fell in love with the place, the atmosphere, the views over the valley and the serenity. We strongly recommend this place.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans le gîte Azoul au cœur du village Berbère Ait Bouali, et mon expérience a été plus que satisfaisante. Le service de M. Lahcen, le propriétaire, est irréprochable. Sa serviabilité et sa connaissance approfondie de la région du Jbel Mgoun et du Jbel Rat ont grandement contribué à rendre ma randonnée mémorable. Grâce à lui, j'ai pu atteindre tous les sommets environnants. Une expérience authentique et enrichissante . Grand merci Ssi Lahcen

Lahcen est d'une gentillesse comme on ne retrouve plus beaucoup dans ce monde. Toujours à l'écoute, simple, pres à aider et à conseiller. Guide de montagne, restaurateur, aubergiste et d'autres qualité que je vous laisse découvrir. Suite à notre voyage de la découverte du Maroc nous avons fait une belle rencontre, je recommande. Un gîte authentique et accueillant, idéalement situé dans la vallée Aït Bouali, point de départ de superbes randonnées. Chambres simples et confortables. Salon avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et les sommets de l'Atlas (Rat et Tignousti). Cuisine locale et délicieuse. A recommander ++++

Gîte parfait après notre randonnée Quad depuis Ouzoud avec Mustapha, Abrid Quad aventure...accueil est chaleureux, nous y avons bien dormi, les repas sont copieux et variés...et le patron est génial !!

Accueil très chaleureux de Mr Lahcen, une personne qui prend soin de vous et de vos besoins, une ambiance familiale top du top, des repas traditionnels copieux avec des produits bio, 🌹 en tant que professionnel je recommande vivement cette adresse .
