Nagham Cafe

I went to Nagham Cafe on the recommendation of a local. It was a good one! Busy with locals and tourists.

Not the easiest to find, the entrance is located on a side alley behind a convenience store (the shop keeper was friendly and showed me).

Very friendly staff, English speaking. Nice view of the Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud) from their air conditioned terrace.

I ate here twice. Had a fish tajine the first time and a chicken tajine the second. Both delicious and served with a small portion of couscous (no extra charge for the couscous, olives and bread).

Mint lemonade and ice coffees were good. Sweetened. As is usual in Morocco.

Once you find the entry on the small alley next to the small shop, you can climb a couple of stairs to arrive to a nice rooftop terrace overlooking the Bab.

The food is super fresh and tasteful. Try the taboulé which is incredible for a ridiculous price and the Moroccan salad.
Skewers were great as well.
Staff is young and very welcoming. Try it!

Great views and great food. The service was fast and friendly. Sit upstairs on the roof Terrance or out on a balcony. Inside also available. Clean restrooms for the most part. But the food was great. Go up the stairs to the second floor and they will seat you where you want. Either the third or fourth floor. Experience the real taste of Morocco!!!

Nagham and his team are amazing. Not only the food is superb and the prices are very affordable, also their service is just amazing! I'm not sure why there are some bad reviews talking about slow service, etc. It was really good, really fast and extremely friendly. If we had more time we'd come back again.

We found this place on TripAdvisor. We confirm that this place is worth to visit. Very tasty, big portions. Royal cuscus included: chicken, beef, sausages, different vegetables, raisin and cost 70 dirham. The sits are on terrace with roof. It's nice view, fresh air, calm atmosphere. We enjoyed our lunch a lot. Very happy.

Great place with a great view from the terrace. You also have a great view of the blue gate from here. The food is very good and also the waiter was very kind and helpful. I ate potage moroccan soup, beef tajin with plums and for dessert jawhara! You also get bread and extra olives. Everything was excellent!

Great place with tasty food and amazing view had a daily meniu for lunch with cooked marrocan salad pastilla and fruit salad. For dinner viel skewer came with chip and salad. They know how to treat their guest we were a large group and we got free tea

The usual guy with menu approached us on the street.
We weren't expecting much, BUT we were met with a charming, pretty waitress who spoke perfect English.
Myself and my girlfriend chose a 100drh set menu, which, whilst there were 60drh and 80drh options, my partner and I shared the 100 drh menu between us.
We had, along with the usual bread, olives, and spicy dip, three different warm cooked salads, a tasty soup, a cold cous cous salad, a huge chicken pastilla, and 4 mini pastries afterwards.
Our waitress described each dish with impeccable English.
The quality of each dish was fantastic!
With a large sparkling water, it was just 120 drh for both of us, with sunset views over Fes included!

We didn't expect much: But surprisingly ate the best Tagine there. Great view over the buzzing "Blue Door" warm & friendly staff who work there.
It's a nice place for a break from the Medina, get some real Moroccan food here!

We had chicken pastilla (chicken almond pastry with cinnamon sugar) and beef tajine. Good food for reasonable prices. Clean, nice and quick service :) friendly staff

Was looking for a place up high for views across the Medina and this was the spot. Just outside the Medina you can see the tops of the mosques and the mountains beyond. Chicken lemon tagine was the best we've had yet. Servers are happy and full of smiles. Building looks nondescript but don't let that stop you. Prices are fair and plenty of space to relax from the hustle and bustle.

During my short stay in Fez we came here two times. The food was delicious. I think the soup and chicken Tagien wth lemon was my top favorites in Morocco (I tried different restaurants). The staff was friendly. The view is nice from the terrace.

We arrived in Fez at very late night and had dinner here. Fantastic dinner beautiful landscapes from the terrace, friendly service!!

We went to this restaurant just before the sunset. The view from the terrace is lovely and the food really good. They have the best lemonade I have tried, just perfect! And the apple salad with cheese was absolutely delicious. The staff was great , they even gave me the recipe of the salad!

Great staff. Waiter seemed really interested in us, really friendly. Good is good, had a menu for 80 dirham. Menu consists of starter, main and dessert. Drinks a part. One thing I did realize was that the portions for the menu did seem smaller than if you ordered anything else from menu. But nonetheless great food.

I loved this Place! The atention of Hanna and Ryan was awsome! They teached us a lot of arabian words and the food also incredible. I felt like home ❤
