Beautiful property. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The food was great.

I agree with some others that the wine tour wasn't some extravagant outing - the language barrier was a bit tricky but it was still neat to see the property and the wines were lovely. We also got to see the whole property from the tower which was gorgeous.

Of course it is going to be more expensive than other properties and experiences in the area but it was top class for us and worth the rates.

We had lunch at Chateau Roslane in Meknes. The food was superb and beautifully presented. The wines were very enjoyable as well, including a sparkling wine, a Chardonnay, a Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah blend, and a Muscat dessert wine. Service was delightful and friendly. A lovely experience.

I had the pleasure of embarking on a guided tour inside the cellars of Château Roslane, and it proved to be an enlightening and fascinating experience. Despite not being a consumer of alcohol myself, I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to delve into the centuries-old tradition of winemaking in Morocco.

The tour provided an in-depth look into the winemaking process, allowing me to witness firsthand the intricate steps involved in creating Château Roslane's renowned wines. The knowledgeable guide led us through the underground cellars, where rows of oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks showcased the careful craftsmanship and dedication to quality that goes into each bottle.

Exploring the cellars at Château Roslane was akin to taking a step back in time. The underground environment, with its cool temperature and dim lighting, created an atmosphere of mystique and authenticity. The guide shared captivating stories and insights into the winemaking techniques used throughout the centuries, highlighting the rich history and cultural significance of winemaking in Morocco.

Even as a non-drinker, I found myself captivated by the passion and expertise exhibited by the winemakers at Château Roslane. The tour allowed me to appreciate the complexities and nuances of winemaking as an art form and a testament to the region's viticultural heritage.

Beyond the winemaking process, the tour also provided glimpses into the heritage and traditions associated with winemaking in Morocco. From the careful selection of grapes to the meticulous aging process, every detail was thoughtfully explained, providing a deeper understanding of the labor-intensive nature of winemaking.

In conclusion, the guided tour inside the cellars of Château Roslane was a memorable and enriching experience. Despite my personal preferences, the opportunity to learn about the 2000-year-old wine tradition in Morocco and witness the passion and dedication of the winemakers was truly captivating. Whether you are an avid wine enthusiast or simply curious about the cultural significance of winemaking, the tour at Château Roslane promises an engaging and informative journey into the world of viticulture.

Come at sunset. Get beautiful pictures. The property is super beautiful.

Staff is well trained, speak English well.

Food not amazingly good but of high quality. But the beautiful scenery make up it all.

We had wine tasting and hamburguer. We had such a relaxing experience, none of the wines or food was impressive, but it was good nonetheless. I would totally recommend this place if you're near Fes and you want to escape the chaos of the city.

This is one of the most amazing places you'll visit in Morocco. The food is fantastic, service is 5 star, and being in the middle of the vineyard is great. 5 star all the way. Spend the night if you can! Don't miss this magical place.

What a pleasure to stay here! Friendly staff and everything is neatly organized down to the last detail. Tour with a very nice history. You will be warmly welcomed here in a safe but beautiful environment. With a lovely bottle of rosé cooling off by the pool and tasty refreshments, it's a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Even all the guests are all very laid back and relaxed.

We tried the wine tasting at the Chateau. The wine was very good and we got to try 4 different types made there. It cost 440 MAD per person, however the wines themselves are quite expensive at the store, so it was very good to try them there.

The outdoor patio is next to the pool, a beautiful garden, and overlooks the vineyard. The food was good and the wine tasting delightful. We hope to return to one day and spend a night in the hotel.

Went to visit without an appointment, since I love the Couteaux des Atlas, and have always wanted to visit a Vineyard. After some initial difficulty, with the gate, managed to get in despite their being very busy with pre booked business tours. They promised me a day and short tour of the Winery.. so I settled down poolside.. and went through a thoroughly brilliant wine sampling lunch. Definitely a very nice place, very hospitable and friendly. Yes, not too cheap, I remember parking my rented Renault Duster next to a Porsche Panemera and a Ferrari. But definitely worth my while.
Another downside was that in 2019,they virtually ran out of the red grape they used for my favourite wine and I couldnt leave with a few bottles. Was lucky to find two at the duty free while flying out.

We stopped for lunch there.
Beautiful place, grate wine and true fine dining in Morocco.
The risotto is mediocre, I wouldn't order it but the filet, goose and rest of the dishes are great.
It's expensive compare to anywhere we ate in Morocco including fine restaurants.
