We had an amazing late lunch with wine paring at this beautiful hotel/vineyard. We had a nice table outside by the pool facing the vineyards. The indoor part of the restaurant looked pretty as well (with a olive tree in the center).
We enjoyed the four courses with wine very much. The vegetables are grown on site in the garden and the beets were especially good. Both mains were so good. I don’t normally love fish but this was light and flaky. My husband said the duck was one of the best duck dishes he has had. The roasted leg was on top of crispy, rich, buttery potatoes. The desserts capped off a great meal in a beautiful setting. The wines were all quite good.
The service was friendly and efficient. This is definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area (of a tasty field trip if you’re not). Go and enjoy!

The hotel is simply breathtaking! We had a wine making tour which surprised us by the state-of-the-art facility. We had a fabulous late cheese and wine (local, naturally) dinner at the restaurant which was amazing. The amenities, the showers, the attention to details were first class, the Missoni pillows - were classic. A Highly recommended choice to stay. A massively beautiful boutique hotel. For us is was a perfect 10/10!.

Il y’a un beau vignoble à perte de vue avec de belles odeurs de nature.
Le château est magnifique, une cuisine de qualité où l’on distingue l’attention et perfection de la préparation des plats.
Notre chambre qui donnait sur une vue splendide.. rien a dire
Le professionnalisme du service était parfait..
on a eue droit à la visite de la cave du château.. c’était la première fois que j’en découvrais une avec une petite dégustation de vins topissime … surtout le Vin Roslane ( une valeur sûre)
On a fait des balades en voiture à proximité pour découvrir la ville,c’était si paisible et les gens assez chaleureux.
Les soirs on dînait au bord de la piscine comme si on était seul au monde ..

Excellent et magnifique endroit. Tout était parfait ! Accueil et service chaleureux, discret et professionnel. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, et linge de qualité! Quel plaisir de se lever avec les petits oiseaux. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Bravo au chef pour sa bonne cuisine. Toute l’équipe est sympa. La décoration est vraiment digne d’un bel endroit Parfait pour un séjour à deux ou en famille

Elegimos este lugar para pasar una noche de hotel......y nos quedamos cortos. Es un lugar que no te imaginas que exista en Marruecos, es precioso, el restaurante es de un nivel excelente, el chef sale a recibirte y está pendiente de que lo que te sirvieron sea de tu agrado, las habitaciones son de muy buen nivel,...como un Four Season, o mejores todavía. Excelente piscina, y jardín para cenar junto a los viñedos, además te dan una pequeña pero interesante excursión a donde esta la fabrica de los vinos, QUE SON EXCELENTES ... puedes aprovechar comprar ahí mismo una buena botella, si no pudiste, en el aeropuerto de Fez también hay. Está a unos 25 minutos de Meknez, el lugar es sumamente tranquilo y relajante, y tienen spa. Que as puede uno pedir??? El personal del hotel se desvive por atenderte, en cualquier detalle.
