Atlas Castle Marrakech

The staff was great. The view was incredible and the hotel was really confortable. It is a bit far away from the city center but that was our goal.

I would highly recommend Atlas Castle to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in the beautiful Atlas Mountains. It truly is a hidden gem, and I cannot wait to return in the future.

Fantastic location with a wonderful view of the mountains.

The entire castle is walled in with guarded parking 24/7.
We arrived late but were still offered dinner and a warm welcome by our host, Abdu.

The guest house itself is impeccably maintained and decorated, with a traditional Moroccan style that adds to its charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay, and were always happy to assist with any requests we had.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the garden.
The meals were prepared by a local chef who used only the freshest ingredients, and the flavors were simply amazing.

The hotel is located outside of Marrakesh centre and is so peaceful and secure overlooked by the Atlas mountains. We were given a choice of rooms. Both of which were impeccable. The food was always freshly prepared and delicious. The service was 5* all the way. Moshim (sorry for incorrect spelling) is an absolute credit to the hotel as nothing was too much trouble to do, sort, arrange. Even though it probably was! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Atlas Castle in Marrakech is definitely a great hotel to stay outside the city where you can relax and enjoy the views from the pool. The food of the restaurant is amazing and all the staff very friendly and will go above and beyond to take care of your stay. Special thanks to Mouhcine for all the help. Just be aware that you cannot pay by card.

Just as a negative side, we booked 2 tours with them and we got assigned a driver that goes by the name of Aldo (not sure if it is his real name) that speaks Italian. The first tour was all perfect, but unfortunately I don't know what happened during the second day that he started to act weird.
First he insisted all the time in taking us to a restaurant that wasn't the one included in the tour where we had to pay even though the lunch was included in the tour. We agreed to go there so he would stop bothering us with this.
When we finished the guide tour in city, we paid him the tour fare, he paid the petrol and after that he insisted that we gave him 200 dirhams less that what it was the price for the tour. We went to the ATM the day before to withdraw exactly the money for this tour so obviously that wasn't true and he just wanted to make some extra money for his pocket.
Unfortunately this situation ruined our day.

Incredible experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely do it!
Everything was amazing : the clean rooms, the 5 star service, the amazing breakfast, the gardens and the stunning view over the mountains!
But what made the experience unforgettable is how kind, lovely and welcoming the staff has been: Mhohcine the manager, Hicham at the reception who we loved long chats with, Hicham at the service who always made us feel special, Karim, Khalid, Hanane at the kitchen and Naima who has been very lovely and even shared a Msemen recipee with me after i said i loved it! Sorry for those i forget as you all contributed to make our trip enjoyable.
I am sure this place will be greatly popular in the future and I will surely regret this review as I hope it won’t always be fully booked, as we are definely planning to come back!
If you are looking for a relaxing experience far from the craziness of Marrakech, this is the place to be!

Very unique hotel out of city. Just half an hour from Marrakesh airport or city centre. Close to Andre Heller Gardens. Google showing location a little bit wrong so you have to find a sign "Castle Atlas" next to Total Petrol Station ( on left station, sign on right). Ali and Abdel are very kind workers who will help you with everything you need. Breakfasts and lunches are amazing - really tastes of Morocco. Quite new hotel bur I'm recommend it in 100%. Maybe for polish tourist as I, during the winter good idea will be put some heaters inside the rooms because it's a little bit cold. However one of the highest level in Morocco.

Quiet out of the way and miles away from the atlas mountains. Staff are friendly, limited menu no licensed bar

Best place to stay in Marrakesh

Nous avons passé un séjour juste incroyable. L’hôtel est un endroit magnifique. Les chambres sont très propres. Et le personnel a été tellement accueillants envers nous.
Merci surtout à Naïma, qui a fait de notre séjour un rêve, c’est une personne formidable. Elle sera toujours là pour vous conseiller, son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance témoignent d’un établissement de grande qualité.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Il est idéal pour s’y reposer avec une vue imprenable sur les belles montagnes de l’Atlas. Je remercie particulièrement Abderrahim pour son accueil chaleureux et Naima ainsi que tout le personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner change tout les jours et fut délicieux. La carte m’a énormément plue. Le cadre de l’hôtel est très élégant et nous plonge dans le Maroc traditionnel. Les chambres sont magnifiques. Je suis ravie de cette découverte à Marrakech et je reviendrais certainement.

Nous habitons Marrakech et avons l’habitude de voyager et donc de voir un grand nombre d’hôtel, mais l’atlas Castle se démarque indéniablement par la gentillesse extrême de son personnel. Tout le monde sans exception a été aux petits soins pr nous, et tout le monde a fait preuve d’une bienveillance incroyable.
Un immense merci à Naima qui s’est démenée pr fêter comme il se doit l’anniversaire de mon mari.
Deco, gâteau, musique, chansons , enthousiasme .. tout y était!
Le gérant, le propriétaire… des perles.
Les serveurs et les femmes de chambres idem.
Je recommande cet établissement à tous ceux qui passent sur Marrakech.
Propreté irréprochable, architecture sublime, le calme et la détente sont assures.
Les repas sont délicieux et copieux.

C’est un sans faute pr nous, et nous reviendrons la semaine prochaine pr faire découvrir l’endroit à nos enfants.

Une de nos meilleures expériences à marrakech !
Loin du bruit du centre ville l’atmosphère est incroyable, le concept l’est aussi on se croirait hors de la réalité dans ce château. La suite était très spacieuse et très propre.
Je garde le meilleur pour la fin, oui bien que cet établissement soit une petite perle je tiens quand même à mettre en valeur le personnel qui est d’un professionnalisme à la hauteur. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons

Excellente expérience dans cet hôtel situé au calme avec une vue superbe. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, accueillant et la chambre était CANON. Une très belle découverte !

Hôtel assez éloigné du centre de Marrakech mais parfait pour trouver le calme et la sérénité.
Hotel très propre flambant neuf aux très très belles décorations
Le personnel est plus qu'accueillant aux "petits soins" et d'un sens du service incroyable.
Hôtel familial loin des grands hôtels "usine".

Un lieu calme et isolé. Tous est proposé sur place pour ne pas avoir à se déplacer. Toute l'équipe est formidable avec un seul objectif, rendre votre séjour confortable et inoubliable. Je recommande vivement.
