We had a fabulous one night stay at this tropical retreat, on the outskirts of Taroudant. The hotel is set within beautifully lush garden, complete with tortoises. The pool area was beautiful, our boys enjoyed swimming in the main pool and smaller jacuzzi pool, towels were provided for the sun lounges.
We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay, they were all lovely, and well priced given this is a higher end hotel.
Our family room was beautiful and spacious, complete with separate dressing room. We would have happily stayed more than one night.
Would highly recommend if in the area.

Good service, nice people, decoration are locally and well maintained, food already well served and high quality. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
A highlight is the Jacuzzi at 38 degrees and swimming pool, possibly to book massage and hammam (that we tried and was really good) and what about this garden!

The Taroudant is not a must-do in Morroco. Other than a spectacularly wrll-preserved rampart that suppounds the town, I couldn’t identify anything else worth a deviation from the main attractions.

That said, should you visit Taraoudant, I highly recommend you reserve a bungalow at Dar Zitoune. I did not identify any other lodging in Taraoudant that I would guess to be at least 4 stars; this is it excellent.

The lodging includes a varied & abundant 5-course dinner and a superb complete breakfast. I especially liked the mozzarella vegetable timbal appetizer as well as the grand manier crepes.

The restaurant is directed by the owner’s grandson Theo who is as charming, professional & kind as any Maitre should be. I learned he was educated in Swiss patisserie. I suggest he create new patisserie offerings using local offerings. Not only would they be delicious but also extremely creative.

In summary, it’s great, clean, superb restaurant & staff. The pools look amazing but they were closed because it was February. Come in the spring or fall.

Best hotel in the area. Great pool area for the bungalow area and a more seperate Berber village with its own pool. All situated in a well kept garden, diverse plants, flowers and at least two tortoises.
The restaurant serves outstanding food, mix of European and Moroccan.
Very friendly staff.

Everything is perfect. My favourite place in Taroudant. Beautiful gardens, amazing heated swimming pool. The staff is incredibly professional and they are all adorable. A super nice DAR with excellent rooms in the heart of Morocco. The service is extremely great. The ideal place for a motorcycle tour as Taroudant is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and curves.

We absolutely loved the riad and it's idea to give to every suite a tree's name, vanilla, orange etc. It's so calm in there, they have a heated swimming pool. The bar menu is nice as well as the stuff.

Great hotel. Very impressed with the service and quality of the rooms. Pool area is fantastic. Unfortunately there isn't much to do in the area.

A beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility, excellent lodging, food was simply divine, and fabulous gardens, spa facilities, pools. Amazing! I would definitely come back here!
