Hotel Campanile Casablanca Centre Ville

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, near the tram as well as traffic. It is busier than Rabat and Tangiers and has an old city look and feel.

The property is well located just 5 mins off the Casa Voyageurs and near to the tram station. The check in was seam less and quick. The bed were super comfortable with 2 water bottles and a kettle with coffee provided. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water consistently. Book this hotel with eyes closed. The value of money it provides is unmatchable.

Came here on my birthday, well, what can I say, from the moment we walked in we where greeted by the lovely F&B Director Aissa, the Service was 100% for drinks & food, the waiters were so attentive, lovely & chatty. The food was gorgeous, from starters to mains to deserts literally no faults. It was just beaut. As it was my birthday i got a surprise cake, they make feel like queen ♥ all my friends were very impressed. 100% for service, quality & attentiveness. Special thanks to Aissa and the lady in the F.O management

It was good in the beginning, I was a loyal guest, booking days and weeks every few months. Jihane the manager was an awesome and kind person, I have changed my hotel since then, but I do remember I had a very bad encounter with them on my last stay, one year ago.

I’m giving 5 stars for my old experience, I have no idea how the hotel and the staff are operating or treating the guests nowadays.

We have only been here one day, but the staff has been lovely and incredibly helpful. Shout out to the awesome Ikarme! Keep in mind this is 3 star hotel and you will be happy - a clean room, warm water, wifi and a lovely staff!

I went there for one night (work) it was a Nice Hotel situated in a convenient area, the front desk stuff are really nice and helpful, the room was comfy, clean and calm... amenities not enough... the breakfast was the only unpleasant experience in this hotel, boiled eggs with a slice of cheese is really above mediocre.
I will give it 5/5 Thanks to the front desk guy.
I will give it a visit again and here are some pictures of the room.

Great place. Great service. But it allows smoking everywhere. So if you don't like smoke be prepared to have a smoker at the table beside you while you're having a meal or a drink.

Centrally located hotel. Starting point for group tours. The staff were super friendly and the location was excellent. Rooms are well maintained.

[+] The hotel and the rooms are nice.

[+] You have the tramway station at 3-4 minutes away, this might be a plus.

[±] The staff is nice and kind, but some of them doesn't understand English and this might be a problem.

[+] The breakfast is ok.

[-] Some rooms are toward to a big boulevard and you may not be able to sleep after the 6-7 in the morning.

[-] The restaurant is expensive.

[-] There is no refrigerator in the room.

[-] There is no locker in the room.

Nice hotel not far from the city centre. Personnel has been extremely helpful, I must not forget to mention Idriss from reception. He solved a serious issue with my luggage. Thank you all!

Good quality-price ratio 3 stars hotel. Activity started in second part of 2018. Nice rooms. Just in front of the tramway.
Good breakfast and restaurant (short list but very well prepared).
Nice staff, very kind and gentle people.
I will surely come back again.

Fantastic hotel. Kenza was very helpful. They get you a taxi back to the airport if you like. Place is beautiful, staff are very very helpful. One time my WiFi wasn't working well and they solved it for me. Thank you, selaam ailakum

Very good hotel to conduct events in the city. Friendly staff, good food and excellent music. Bar available too to unwind after a hectic day.

Very very New hotel which is so clean. But aware that staff may sell you breakfast that you didn’t request or charge your credit card on USD which will cause an extra cost

Room was clean and pleasant, and staff were some of the most helpful and courteous I have met. During COVID there has been a curfew and it is very difficult to find food after 8pm. Despite arriving later at night from the airport, one of the front desk clerks, Sasouane, insisted that I share some of his food which I think he was saving for dinner. That is above and beyond the call and represents the amazing degree of kindness and service you can expect at Campanile. I say that because all the other staff members were just as helpful, whether it came to booking CTM bus tickets when my laptop wasn’t allowing me to, or helping me to arrange for getting a SIM card. Really a kind group just seeking to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommended, and if you meet Sasouane at the front desk you can tell him you’ve heard if his generosity, I’m sure it will give him a laugh.

Great oasis in Casablanca. Discovered that chain of hotels and we loved it. Not run down like some Ibis hotels we stayed at. Or some riads. Amazingly comfortable beds. Great shower. Top value for that money!

Nice bed, a little too tiny room, but I still give 5 stars for very pleasant staff and GREAT restaurant; food is delicious!
