If you like off the beaten path/adventurous, raw places this is great! We actually crossed the river by boat, 2 dirham if I am right, and walked up to there. Its a bit long, but the views from Salé and the modern buildings make it worth it. You also pass by a fish market (looked a bit dodgy, didn't get too close) and the cemetery.
There is no official entry price/ticket, but the guardian will open the place for you for 10 or 15 dirham, from where you can admire the views.
