Franchement moi je le note 5/5 j'ai souvent l'habitude d'y aller à cet agence pour mes opérations. Les personnels sont accueillant et ça prend moins de temps maximum 30 à 40 mn.

بنك قام بأرضاء نفسه اولا بمجانية الحسابات للنساء و الطلاب و و و ليزيد في حضوض ارباحه لكن ابعد عنه المنخرطين ذوي الاقتطاعات الرسمية + البنك يساعد في الاكتضاض اليومي في الوكالات كلها

You need always to wait for more than 2 hours to get a 5min job done, their working system can be enhanced to deliver a quicker service for the client. Very bad experience!

If you ever wish to visit this bank in hope to open an account or to get any work done, then you might be disappointed for life, there’s no efficiency whatsoever, and the employees are so unprofessional and disrespectful, I was thinking of transferring all my money to this bank because I heared a lot of good things about it but once I visited the agency and saw how these people are working, I was so glad I didn’t go through with it. Horrible service ever 👎🏻

just to open/close your account you have to wait a queue of 2h and a additional 40min for the "simulation". =

Si jai la possibilité de noter -5/5 je vais le faire mais malheureusement y en a pas, merci de faire le point avec vos conseillers et surtout de la caisse sur la GRC car le service chez CIH DIYAR est vraiment archi nul et franchement ils nous prennent pour des cons. On vous demande pas grand chose, tout ce qu’on vous demande c’est le respect mutuel et de traiter nos demandes correctement.

3 bureau de caisse grabde agence faite pour acceuillir un grand monde mais depuis des mois il n'ouvre qu une seule caisse file dattente d'une heure en ts cas moi je vais cloturer à mon compte
